This was so disappointing. I was somewhat hesitant when I booked because I’d read the previous mixed reviews but decided to give it a chance. Other than out server being nice and the decor nice everything else was horrible. They were out of ALL of their Italian red wines except for one last bottle of primitive which I usually don’t order/enjoy (and only had one low bottle of low alcohol beer left also). The gnocchi was supposed to come in a pesto sauce and I don’t even know how to describe whatever it was other than tasteless mush. It is hard to get Italian food as wrong as they got it.. also online it had advertised live jazz music on Fri and Sat nights (which was ona of the reasons we had booked) and there was none, and no explanation provided. I almost never leave negative reviews but the experience was such a let down (and both my sister and father I was dining with agreed I should share the experience)

We were meeting another couple for dinner. Restaurant was not busy and we had a great atmosphere there talk and get caught up. It took over an hour to get our meals. Chicken Parmesan was served with processed cheese Parmesan powder vs real Parmesan. Service was terrible and we weren’t even asked if we wanted wine or another drink. We will not be returning and do not recommend it.

We came for Mother’s Day as a family and the food was delicious. We had Raquel as our server and she was attentive and charming. A really great night out overall. I would highly recommend.

Appetizers before drinks, cutlery had to be asked for on every course, bread had to be requested after offered. Deserts tasted like they came from Costco.

Just to clarify we don’t switch cutlery after each course, as each set comes with its own napkin and plate, and new utensils are provided when needed, such as for steak. Bread is a complimentary offering. Regarding desserts, we offer a mix of in-house creations and high-quality selections from Dufflet Pastries. Our Chocolate Mousse, which is one of our gluten-free options, and is highly regarded for its quality. Significantly overpriced for quality of food. I found it completely bland and I’m struggling to find something positive to say about this place. If had to say something: it’s in downtown Oakville which is lovely. Never again.

I had booked a pre-mothers day with my family of 6 around 1:30pm for lunch. We were welcomed by our great hostess Melisa who took our coats and sat as near the window. I must say during that time we felt we had the whole entire restaurant privately to ourselves. I like the ambiance and interior style of the restaurant which was very classy yet cozy. Food was amazing, the Focaccia bread came out nice and warm. I had the lamb shank and it was perfectly cooked, very juicy and tender. My other family members said they enjoyed their meal as well. Presentation of food was very well plated. We had 3 variety of desserts shared between us and that too was very delicious. Thank you to our hostess Melisa who was very attentive, warm and kind. I would definitely dine here again.

The food was fantastic. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. The server couldn’t cope with 5 tables and delayed all orders and regular restaurant service. We spent over $200 on the meal and she never came once and asked how the food was. At the end of the meal my son ordered a dessert liqueur and we were cut off after we had split one bottle of wine between two people. I left the restaurant so embarrassed. I’ve never been cut off in my life. One bottle of wine between two people over a 2 and a half hour dinner on a Saturday night is completely normal. Unfortunately this restaurant is the worst place that I’ve ever experienced with this price point. I understand if someone’s overserved but this was not the case - totally ridiculous. Don’t go here!!
