Good food, good menu, good service, simple environment. Definitely a return to be planned.

Took a friend for the first time ans Pescados did not disappoint! She had the crab stuffed salmon special and I had the scallops dish off the regular menu and it was phenomenal as always!

Second time here, I hope I et a chance to go again because I don't live close, if only we could have a restaurant like this close to us. I was ready and willing to break my vegetarian diet when I went the second time but I didn't have to, not only did they have some vegetarian options but wow they were fantastic! Everyone at the table was extremely pleased. It was a little loud when we went but it was a Saturday at 7PM the busiest day and time for restaurants.

Seafood is fresh with a generous portion.

1) The menu was small (under 20 options). The server didn’t know the answers to any of our questions about the food. 2) There was a string of lights over our table that were constantly flashing. When we asked our server about them, she said the restaurant was aware and didn’t know what was causing it. Since we were the first and only table there, why would they seat us somewhere else? 3) much of the food was kinda gross. The nachos were cold. My husbands jambalaya-like dish overwhelming tastes like spaghetti sauce out of the jar. My mil’s meal was mostly cabbage with a small amount of meat. My dish was so salty, I was chugging water all night.

Hostess met us at the front and quickly cleared a table and seated us. The food here is incredible. The voodoo shrimp (hot) is one of my favorite dishes ever. Perfect place for a date night.

Great selection of island inspired entrees and appetizers. Ran out of Valentine's dessert but was not told until after we were enticed by being asked if we wanted it. Disappointed to hear that " You got the last bit of coffee.

They changed the configuration of the tables -- thank goodness! Before, you could literally be seated at a two top with people about 18 inches away. The restaurant is never busy -- but the hostess/wait staff always act like they are busy and cannot accommodate requests -- with reservations. My husband enjoyed his Snapper Cancun (the only reason that we dined here) -- he asks for it each time -- and enjoys the Snapper Cancun. I had the Mahi Mahi which was overcooked -- no, I did not complain or send it back -- I just left a large portion on my plate. This was Valentine's Day, still the restaurant was NOT busy. They could NOT accommodate a change of sides -- because it was Valentine's Day. There does NOT seem to be any "hands on" management by the owner. We came back after a poor experience in October 2019 to give Pescados another try. For years, we have gone to Pescados at least 4 times a year. The food has gone gradually down hill along with the management.

My wife and i really loved the scallops. The crab cakes were good but not spectacular. The crab nacho appetizer is huge. Don't get it unless there are at least 4 in your party or that's all you're having.

The food at Pescados is always a experience. If fresh, authentic and unique flavors is what you prefer Pescados must go to the top of your list of places to eat in VA. Service is always on point with their knowledge of the menu and great suggestions if you are undecided. Thanks again Pescados for another amazing meal and experience!

Pescado’s is a laid back Resturuant that serves excellent food in a delightful atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. Defiantly will return for a delicious dining experience.

Pescados is always excellent. Food is fresh and unique. Full of flavor beautiful presentation. Service is always top notch.

We hit Pescado's on a regular basis and we have never been disappointed in the food or the service. If we have a question, it gets answered, requests are handled efficiently. It's our chill place. We enjoy the service and the staff. Kudos to the bar staff and their White Sangrias.

The shrimp tacos were messy to eat but delicious! Always a great meal here.

We are always impressed with Pescados fresh seafood specials. The Mexican chocolate chili cake with chocolate mousse frosting was delightful.

Food was delicious. Temperature in restaurant was much too warm. It was an uncharacteristically warm night, but restaurant was too warm from the moment we walked in.

Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Even though we wish the beer list was a bit more extensive, we will certainly go again!

As always when we plan to visit Pescados we are expecting bold flavors .This place is a hidden little gem in the heart of Midlothian ! We are never disappointed after our visit and would recommend to anyone wanting a different experience .We look forward to our next visit !!

Simply spectacular, as always ! On New Year's Eve the wait was quite short, setting is so much more of an upscale Caribbean than it once was, the food was fantastic, the presentation is pure art, and the staff was as friendly as ever. Our little Midoothian secret. The WestENders don't know what they are missing. Shhh......

We had an excellent New Years Eve dinner. The service was very prompt. If anything they could have slowed down a little. Entree came out within 5 min of clearing our appetizers. We both had fish. The fried snapper special was very well presented and cook perfectly. The head was on the fish so if that's an issue you may want something else. The salmon was also very good and cooked perfectly. We will return

Service was excellent. Appetizer was very good...my wife ordered the Salmon special, which she stated was good but came to table luke-warm. My Enchilada Acapulco was excellent as always. The desert which was a Key Lime something...had barely a lime flavor, kind of disappointing. Thus the lukewarm meal and flavorless desert comes to 4 stars.

The meal was excellent. Best oysters I have had in a while and just had them at The Jefferson! Love the grilled zucchini and saffron potato puffs are the best.

We don't go here often, but when we do it's always a winner! A little pricey, but well worth it.

The food is delicious and brought out straight from the kitchen. The preparation is unique and tasty.

The lime scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious! Two people at our table order the Marisco and they said it was perfectly spicy and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely go back.
