Overall excellent dining experience. Every dish we ordered was fantastic: ceviche, scallops, lobster risotto. The drinks were also good, extensive tequila collection. Our serve was great. Will definitely be back.

Delicious drinks at the bar before dinner, the bartender was exceptional, both welcoming and skilled . Bourbon cocktail and spicy tequila drinks were very good. We were Seated at a comfy banquet for dinner. Again, service was excellent. Kale salad, branzino, mushroom pizza, lobster risotto…all delicious. I would return .

I don't like fish, and I am leaving a 5 star review for a seafood place. Inventive twists on old favorites. Attentive service. Tasty tasty tasty. I ate here twice in one week. That should sum it up.

The short version: All the food is absolutely unbelievable. I’m not particularly an adventurous foodie, But everything I tried was incredible. The place is spacious but cozy, nice energy but relaxed. Food is adventurous but accessible. This was my second visit and I can’t wait to go back again. Excellent for groups, so you can order a lot of different things and try them. Group of 6 is perfect for a booth. Lighting is perfect, dim and romantic. Sound level is perfect: I could actually have a conversation. motre details: I thought I didn’t like ceviche but my friend ordered the Nantucket Bay Scallop, Ceviche and it was amazing. Sweet and meaty . Other stand outs: Nachos Imperial ( more like a tostada), Lobster Risotto, Mexican Street Cauliflower, New Bedford Sea Scallops with a creamy corn, Oysters Asadas!!! omg. The cocktail "Reina de la Selva" is wonderful. I didnt know what to expect: is it Mexican? Spanish? Seafood? But it really is special and if you like latin flavors and gorgeous seafood, you'll really be a convert.

The salad was exceptional, but the lobster tacos were just OK, not particularly interesting or tasty, with only two small tacos on the main dish plate. I have eaten here before and thought the food was excellent. But the servings are small and the prices high.

First time trying this place. Went because of the interesting dishes. They didn’t disappoint. The branzino was spectacular, and when paired with the mushroom paella the combination was perfect. Enjoyed the chips way too much. Our attendant Rafael was wonderful. Will definitely go back when in Boston.

Loved the different twist on seafood. Oysters with different slant on cocktail sauce using cilantro. Seared scallops over corn risotto. Absolutely delicious.

Very eclectic menu with a focus on seafood. It was a bit loud; but this is a fun place; not a snobby; Faces down ;don’t make noise kind of place. Staff were great; very helpful with meal suggestions. great place for a group of friends in the heart of Boston right near Fenway. Go with a group and order a whole bunch of different things to try. A bit pricey; but worth it! We would definitely go again.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner last night at Pescador in Back Bay. We had a reservation but it is a large place so we didn't really need one. I had the Spanish Octopus for my entrée that was delicious and my husband enjoyed the fish tacos (albeit two very small tacos). It was not quite enough food so we shared the shrimp nachos that were good, but few shrimp. To accompany our dinner we started with their classic margarita followed by a glass of Albarino, both of which we enjoyed. They have an interesting cocktail and wine list. Rafael was our server and did a great job, as did everyone we came in contact with at Pescador. It's friendly and fun. We enjoyed our dinner and will go back, but we felt it was expensive given the small size of the portions. Still, we recommend you try it.

Our waiter was a bit odd he must have interrupted us five times while eating and then took forever with the check. He also came to wash the table with a wet rag while we were still seated there, it was odd. The risotto was very tasty but soupy and too wet. That’s not how risotto should be. The margaritas were delicious excellent top notch as was the salad and shrimp. Very pricey for what we got.

We had a delightful evening at Pescador and look forward to returning! The staff were friendly, appropriately attentive, knowledgable about the menu and very focused on making sure we enjoyed our meal and the overall experience. We had a quiet corner in the back of the restaurant, which was perfect for our party of four. We ordered oysters on the half shell (delish!), coconut crudo, lobster tacos (amazing!), blackened salmon (succulent), seafood paella (outstanding), golden beet salad (healthy seasonal fave), and two desserts. Oh so good!

This place was very good! The michelada is the best one ive had in Boston (coming from a mexican). The baked oysters were very good! Just wish it came with a lime. And the shrimp aguachile was very good! Service was amazing! Everyone was very very nice and they accommodated me and my twins with no issue even tho we were late due to traffic. Its on the expensive side but definetly recommend for a nice treat! Cant wait to go back.

The cheviche and Spicy Shrimp Aguachile were terrific; fresh ingredients producing complex, delicate flavors. Upon request a senior staff person brought oregano from the kitchen - the chef had taken fresh herbs and chopped them into a small bowl - a nice touch for the pizza. Upon their recommendation the flan and white port gave a nice finish to a wonderful meal.

Patty was our server and she's delightful! Attentive, friendly, gracious and someone I'd want working for me. The ceviche special - incredible! Fresh salmon, perfectly ripe avocados, just fresh and tasty. great wine list - love the Sicilian wines and the one my friend and I had was perfect. We shared the branzino - a perfect dish to do that. It was a really enjoyable meal and experience. This was not my first visit. It's definitely not my last.
