Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Chef Danny Kou, after completing his years of apprenticeship, decided to move to The United States, and he began his excellent and progressing career on the West Coast. His passion for food leads him to creative culinary solutions, and the breadth of work gives him a rare holistic perspective of both the front and back of house operations.
In 2016, Danny Kou founded KOUSINE LLC and opened his first restaurant KOUSINE PERUVIAN KITCHEN, in Ft Lauderdale, FL. True to his expansion plan, now he is opening his second restaurant in Boca Raton, FL. and in doing so, he is continuing to build KOUSINE PERUVIAN KITCHEN restaurant chain.
Now he is bringing his expertise to Boca Raton! We are looking forward to serving you soon!

The service was extremely slow, it took them 20 minutes to make one cocktail and we were told they couldn't make the rest. The waiter was nice but we asked if they could bring us some bread because we were starving and they kept saying yes but we didn't get any until someone in our party went into the kitchen and asked for some. It took about an hour for them to take even take our food order. Would never go here again.

We were there for 1.5 hrs and it took that long just to get our appetizer. We left because the service was so bad.

If you do anything please have the chocolate cake. It was absolutely divine. Also I would stick to the ceviches and not the entrees.
