   We absolutely love Persone. The food and service is always exceptional. Make sure you try the Ragu, Lasagne, Arancini balls and their Tiramisu! If you can't decide on a wine, I can recommend the Scorpo Pinot Noir. We'll be back!

   I dined solo here for my birthday to make lovely new memories. I was seated at the window and had the most beautiful time and superb food :)

   Great experience.as always. Only complaint is serving size of mains is a little small (6 ravioli) so make sure you order some sides as well. Food is delicious

   We had limited time to catch up with very dear friends on a trip through Brisbane 15 March 25. Table for 8 at 6.30pm. While orders were taken and wine poured in a good time frame - some approx 90 minutes later we had still not had our meals (only Italian bread was prior to main meal). When asked when our food would be delivered we were eventually told that there was an error in the ordering. Four of the main meals were delivered within the next 10 minutes but 4 of the lasagna were sometime off. We were offered extra red wine in the interim which was gratefully accepted. However, when the lasagna was delivered, a further 15 minutes later, it was lukewarm at best. Upon mentioning this to the table server - we were meet with silence. The evening was ruined and as people are paying top money for food, this is totally unacceptable. Sorry will not recommend - perhaps those overseeing the night should pay more attention to tables/servers.

   I had an excellent business lunch today at Persone. It wasn't the first here, but I keep coming back because Persone keeps delivering. The food was tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. The service was excellent - I was warmly greeted by Colm and the whole experience was curated very professionally. I had a special request which was handled in a way that greatly exceeded my hopes and expectations. Thanks to the Persone Team - as usual, well done on a great business lunch.

   Had an enjoyable client lunch. Options were outstanding, recommendations from our waiter were spot on and special dietary requirements were accomodated for with no issue at all. Toward the end of lunch we felt a little forgotten about, but we completely understand that staffing may have been an issue as it was their first trading day back after Cyclone Alfred. Overall an amazing lunch and and outstanding venue.

    Went back to Persone again recently and tbh was a little disappointed. The pappardelle ragu was nice but now where near wat I was expecting and quite a lacklustre experience compared to my previous visits. It lacked flavour and was quite dry having too much meat for the amount of sauce. On the plus side the meat was tender and fell apart. However the pea and scallop risotto was very nice and the service excellent. It was quick and friendly and they were helpful with all requests.
