The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We dined early so there wasn't a crowd and our meal was served quickly. Great way to celebrate a special occasion.
I chose Perry's to celebrate my husband's birthday, and so glad that I did. It happen to be Father's Day as well. So, i invited my daughter and son-in-law. We ordered a variety of things, and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection from the appetizers, salads, steak to the seafood grill. It was topped off my delicious desserts. The chocolate cake was the best. The service was very attentive as well. We will return.
Our dinner at Perry's was awesome...even had rose petals sprinkled on our table...food was terrific, service was impeccable, and entertainment was fantastic! Always one of my favorites in Dallas - you will NOT be disappointed!
Get the "pork chop" it's like no pork chop you have ever had. AMAZING!!! is the only word to describe it
Ate here for a business dinner for 8. Service and food was excellent and will certainly return. Highly recommend it. Pork Chop is insane!
Steaks cooked to perfection. Delicious Ceasar Salad. The Mac and Cheese side is a must. The nutmeg seasoning made it a yummy compliment to our Filets. Friendly attentive wait staff with a classy, upscale interior. This was our 46th wedding anniversary and the desert was on the house. Wines were on the pricey side but what you'd expect from a classy steak restaurant. We will be coming back as well as recommending Perry's to others.
Go there on Sunday and have the pork chop special. It's a 32 oz pork chop that is amazing. They also have fantastic steak and seafood along with the best side dishes anywhere.
This restuarant is amazing! The atmosphere was romantically relaxing and my husband and I were able to have an engaging conversation without a lot of noise. The entire staff was personable and energetic and that's what we enjoyed the most!
Our experience at Perry's was outstanding. May have become my wife's favorite place to eat. The service was top notch. Thanks Mark Jodinskas and Daniel.
The food was excellent... both of us had the filet, prepared differently and with different toppings. The sides (brussell sprouts and au gratin potatoes) were very tasty. We chose to sit in the bar. It took a long time to get our drinks (wine and beer). When we were greeted by our server she asked "have you dined at Perry's before?" My husband and I find this question insulting, however we replied that we had dined at Perry's in Austin. Our server proceeded to quiz us on menu items which was really off putting. The rest of the service went well and overall it was a great experience.
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious romatic meal with excellent service and great ambience!
My Wife and I wanted to celebrate her Birthday at some place other than our normal go to Steak house (Del Frisco’s). Several friends raved about Perry’s but we never had an opportunity to dine there. I must say we were very impressed. The atmosphere was elegant; the service was a 5 star from the minute we walked in the door until we left for the evening. I would consider myself a steak snob. I would put Perry’s filet against any in town, and it would win! We will be back, and soon. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Best pork chop in Dallas.
Bring your taste buds and your appetite if you dare to try the pork chop! It's too bad really, when your taste buds want more and your belly can't handle it.
This is a beautiful resturaunt!
Fine dining at it's best. Great friends and Great food. There was nothing wrong about our dining experience but all the right food! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Perry's pork chop is the best. While their Friday lunch special is notable it is not the only reason to frequent Perry's. Great tableside service and great food is appreciated. From the valet parking to the pleasant hostess make Perry's one of my favorites.
Perry's Dallas is one of my top choices for entertaining high level customers and prospects. Food and service is always excellent. Valet parking is easy and makes a good first impression. Live music and a great wine list adds to the value.
I found Perry's late last year and have enjoyed each visit since. The food is always expertly prepared and the staff is attentive and professional. This with specials and a super deep wine list make Perry's tough to beat.
We love coming here. Always good food and service.
During the last two years I have the opportunity to eat at some decent steakhouses including Mortons, Dallas chophouse, Del Frisco's, Ruth Chris plus lesser-known but really good non chain establishments in different cities. Perry's was a step ahead of them all. Service was great. Appetizers were awesome including fried asparAgus ncrabmeat and. Shrimp cocktail was freshhhhhh. And house made sausage. Salads were delicious. The surf and turf and seafood kabobs were out of this universe good. The dessert ....flambé just one secondary to fullness was simple expert deliciousness. A really awesome dining experience. They supersize and improve the typical great steakhouse experience.
NY strip was thin (3/4") and very tough. What I would expect at a cheap steakhouse. Waiter had an attitude and was insensitive. Would not recommend as there are much better options available in the same area.
This is our 2nd time at Perry's. We first went there as a couple last summer--and were just floored by everything--I am foodie all the way--
and my husband is a close 2nd!
So we had no doubt this 2nd time would be as awesome--and were confident our friends we brought would feel the same. It did not disappoint! Our waiter Elijah (as well as being very strong to carry out an injured patron!) could describe
any item we asked about almost as if we were tasting it just through his words. I just finished reading a book called SOUS CHEF 24
Hours on the Line by Michael Gibney. I really had an extended appreciation for the delivery of the meal last Saturday.
We will be back. Thanks Janet and Ken Towe
I reserved this as a date night with my wife and it didn't disappoint. The wine list is incredible, food was amazing, and most of all the service was truly impressive. I hope this is the first of many more visits.
It was amazing, underrated for sure, this restaurant is one of the best spot in Dallas
The only issue with Perry's is as of late the attention to detail has started to slack. The famous pork chop is almost always dry and they always overcook the steaks. The restaurant is very nice and clean, but the quality you used to get there is gone.
We celebrated our 2nd and 3rd wedding anniversary here and perrys never fail to make us enjoy our food. Service are great and friendly. Thank you Perrys! Love to come back here! :)
I liked everything about Perrys, the environment, how the wait staff cater to you and they are very attentive when they are at ur table but felt like he took along time to check on us...the only cons, the food took a little long to come out & the dessert was horrible... the food was great no complaints.. I loved everything but that choc cake was hard, dry and had a very nasty after taste.
this place was awesome and the food and service was great, but the singer was horrific. She messed a lot of classic songs, especially The Late and great Michael Jackson.
Great food. Their signature pork chop was worth the price. I go through many glasses of water when I go out to eat and our waiter kept my glass full the entire night.
Perry's is always very good, I have never had a bad experience there.
It was without a doubt the worst service we had ever had at Perry's. It took 50 minutes from the time we ordered till our main course was served. We waited 20 min between the salad and the pork chop.
Too mad, the food is always good.
A/C was very noisy- made quiet conversation difficult. Waiter tried (too hard)- interruptions every few minutes. Again, difficult to have a conversation. Excellent service from the standpoint of trying to please. Prices maybe 30% higher than comparable food elsewhere, and the "elsewheres" have considerably better atmosphere.
After reading all the reviews I convinced myself before my dining experience this must be the best steakhouse in Dallas. Now after my dining experience I am disappointed to report it isn't.
The appetizer consisted of fried calamari, fried asparagus and smoked sausage drowning in barbecue sauce. The asparagus tasted like fried okra. The small, thinly sliced calamari were nice but the larger pieces were chewy, and I don't know why anyone would serve a fried squid head. It's disgusting. I rate this appetizer all thumbs down.
The bleu cheese dressing on the iceberg wedge salad was runny and there were no pieces or chunks of bleu cheese.
The signature Pork chop is still just a big a chop while my date's steak was chewy. Coffee was cold.
Everything about this restaurant is just wonderful!
This was our second visit celebrating my husband's 50th. We have tried our share of upscale restaurants in the DFW area, but we have decided on Perry's as our celebration spot! Love it!
We had lunch at Perry's and everything was excellent from the service to the meal. However, the best part for me is always the wonderful desserts!
We are frequent diners at Perry's and went for Mother's Day and special birthday. The pork chop was good, but a little dry. The steak and lobster were a bit over cooked. The wine selections, veggies, and appetizers were very good. The crab cakes, turtle soup and scallops were delicious as always.
Maybe they were just too busy. We will be back to give another chance.
This wasn't my first time to Perry's, but it was my first evening dinning experience. We loved it! We even had our one-year old with us, and the wait staff seemed to enjoy entertaining her when they came by. Loved the food, the service, and everything... The one exception was the long line and wait time to get your car into and out of the valet. Being in uptown and having valet as your only option, they needed more valet workers on a very busy holiday weekend! One suit type did come out from inside to help get things going at one point, but the wait was more than I expected. Otherwise, a very memorable Mother's Day experience!
If you haven't tried the Pork Chops at Perry's yet, make sure you add this one to your bucket list ASAP. There is a very high likelihood that you will not be able to finish this delicious entre, but rest assured "doggie bags" are welcomed. The calamari appetizer was also excellent, but beware if you don't like spicy, as they had a tad of a kick. Not a cheap meal, but worth a special occasion spend...
Everything was great but the sides need a little work, there aren't that many sides
Amazing food - we tries the snails as we have never had them before and they were great. I had the 8oz filet mingon which was so tender and hubby has the pork chip which was huge but amazing. Our waiter EJ was also fantastic.
