Perry’s never disappoints! Great service and the food was outstanding!
Noisy Thursday night . Staff very busy with large financial seminar dinner . Waitress very good but food slow coming out of kitchen & not very hot , Bread was hot & served promptly . Will try again as we’ve been dining there over the past 14 years .
Great value for the price. The atmosphere was great, service was excellent
Megan was great! Food was awesome
First time here. All the food was delicious. Waitress was a little slow but nothing too bad.
Went to Perry’s for our anniversary. From the rose petals on the table to the dessert trio, everything was exceptional. I had the signature pork chop that was delicious, too much for one meal. Had the rest for lunch the next day. My wife’s filet was cooked exactly to order. This marks the fourth year in a row that we celebrated our anniversary here and look forward to the next.
The atmosphere was excellent, food, most specifically calamari, salads, and pork chops were excellent. Items were cooked accordingly.
My husband and I went for a Valentine’s Dinner on Sunday. The ambiance was nice and the noise level was good. The restaurant placed rose petals on the table for the occasion. It was a nice touch. My only issue with our visit was with the server/service. We had to ask for the specials, then he didn’t remember them that well. We ordered the ribeye and the pork chop. The steak was a bit salty for my taste. The pork chop was fantastic!! However, he forgot to put in our sides. So we had to wait extra minutes with out meat on the table until the sides came. Lastly, when we asked for our meal to be package to go, he didn’t include all of our pork chop that were left. We received only a small piece. Service can make or break your experience.
We had a good evening overall. There was some confusion as our table didn’t end up being ready until 9:45 and we were told the kitchen closed at 10 by hostess... then our cocktail waitress spoke to manager and he came to let us know that was not the case as it was so busy which obviously made things better... heads up, the Mac & Cheese isn’t Mac and cheese lol it’s penne pasta more like a garlic Alfredo sauce it was good but I just wasn’t in the mood for that so ended up ordering a baked potato which was another $10 (and not worth $10, btw)... our bill was almost $500 with the 2 bottles of wine that we had and overall we enjoyed ourselves.
Had an 830 reservation wasn’t seated until 15-20 minutes later, but overall great experience!
My husband surprised me with reservations to this wonderful restaurant for our Valentine’s Day dinner and let me tell you, it was what I wanted and more. We will definitely be back and bring friends.
Made a reservation and was seated 30 min later. Did not get greeted by our waitress for 30 min and she kept forgetting things. Are main meal didn’t arrive until 45 min after we ordered
We had a 7:00 pm reservation and were not seated until 7:25. Once we were seated the service was good. I had noted on my reservation that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, but there was no mention of it from the staff.
Steak was a little overcooked - but service was great!
Perry's is our go to restaurant for impeccable steaks. The quality of the meat as well as the sides, all prepared to our satisfaction. The hostess and the wait staff are very attentive and never seem to miss a beat. We have also availed ourselves of their happy hour selections... never disappointed.
Had a great evening! Hostess sat us at requested booth seating and were pleasantly surprised to have Erin providing service to our table! We've known her for years and service is always tops (again & always) . Steaks were also done to perfection, had great wine, sides and Nutty Deangelo for dessert. Great service, great food!
The food was great, and our waitress (Mary) was outstanding. She was extremely attentive and remembered was from ( our first visit) a month earlier
The food was amazing and set up was perfect for Valentine’s Day. It was a holiday so there was still a wait even with a reservation. But once we were seated, the service was great and the food was even better. Would definitely return.
Valentines Day Dinner. The reservations were running 30-45 minutes behind. Not the greatest experience but I understand the holiday.
Never had an issue with Perry’s until Friday. Reserved a table, yet waited an hour to be sat. Spoke to the host (who began telling people to sit themselves, pushing us further back), spoke to a manager who told me he was going to check on it and never came back. Another manager was requested and never came. After sitting at a bar table for a while a server took our order and finally they called us for a table so they had to transfer our order. The only thing that made me give this place any stars was our server. She was amazing ! This place needs a better reservation and seating system !
We have to wait 1 hour for our table and another 10 minutes for our server.
Valentines Day Dinner was horrible. For a first time Valentines with my girl it was a bad experience. Waiting a 1 Hour and 30 mins to sit down and we had a reservation. To the bar being over crowded and couldn’t get while waited forever for our table. We finally were seated and waited another 1 hour for food and main dish had come out before out salads. I think myself plus everyone who was in there for valentines day would say the same.
There was an hour and half line out the door for all people who had reservations. Once checked in which was an hour past our reservation we had to wait another hour for table. Place was packed with people standing around confused at how poorly organized Valentine’s was by Perry’s management. They obviously over committed on reservations and it was an epic failure. During dinner they ran out of silverware and it took forever to order and get drinks. Perry’s definitely dropped the ball and I won’t be going back for Valentine’s Day again.
Ok so it was Valentines Day, but the place was INSANELY overbooked. Hard to consider it a romantic dinner in any way. Not sure if it was the fault of Perry’s or Open Table.
Very busy night, Valentines Day. only about 20 minute wait beyond reservation time. Excellent Food, Very Friendly waiter. Very attentive. A most enjoyable evening for my wife and myself
What was the purpose of a reservation? Too many people. Overbooked. Poor customer service. Waiter wasn’t personable. Food was just ok. For a set menu took entirely too long to get food. Too loud. Felt rushed. Paid too much money for a dinner that was less than acceptable.
We had a 6:30p reservation on Valentines Day. Showed up at 6:20p and they told us it would be about a 30 mins wait. We finally got seated at 7:05p. The place was overcrowded, loud and not very romantic. People were yelling at the hostesses. You could barely walk in or out the front door it was so over packed.
I ordered the Pork Chop and my wife got the Salmon. Both main courses were good. The mashed potatoes were cold and dry and the vegetables were cold and hard, undercooked.
Very disappointed. May go back for lunch sometime just because of the Pork Chop but not sure.
We waited over an hour and a half for our reservation. Waitress was amazing but food was not what we were expecting never been to Perry’s, if we came back we would on a different day never again on valentines
Had a 6 pm reservation for Valentine’s Day
Got seated at 6:45
We go to this restaurant on a regular basis so don’t expect to be treated so poorly even on a holiday
The bar was understaffed and struggled to get a drink while waiting well past a reservation time (oh guaranteed with a credit card)
Need to do better @perryssteakhouse
Love Perry’s, but going on any holiday is a crap shoot. This was no exception. Valentines Day at Perry’s was a zoo! We got a reservation at the bar. Unfortunately, their crew was very disorganized on how to acquire an open table. The hostess just said to take any table with “Reserved” on it. Well, that didn’t help! Every table was full firing out reservation time. We wound up working as stalkers for checks! Luckily, landed a table near the piano without too much delay. Overall, we had a nice time and the food was great, as usual. Perry’s doesn’t disappoint. However, any major holiday is sure to put a stress in their staff and timing. Might want to steer clear during these peak events if you are pressed for time.
The service was excellent. The only issue was my wife had to porkchop, which she recommends. There were left-overs, and the server offered to box them up, which she did. We got home; there was a steak... So we got someone else's left-overs.
Food was great, waitress was sweet, kitchen must have been running behind. Food was slow to come out and we waited over an hour for a table even though we had a reservation. If you are wanting a quiet place, don’t go there on a holiday. Felt like I was at Pappasitos. It was completely packed.
Why bother setting a 5:30p reservation to be seated an hour later?
This was our 27th anniversary as well as Valentine’s Day. We were so looking forward to a romantic evening at an upscale restaurant.
On arrival we stood in line which stretched out the door for 30 minutes before being seated. Our reservation was for 5:15PM.
We were escorted to a table fo six which was the second table from the entrance. The noise from the lobby was deafening as more and more people poured into the lobby and spilling into the restaurant nearly approaching our table. We asked the waiter to remove the additional place settings after receiving our beverages and bread. We both ordered the pok chop as we have enjoyed this dish in th past. Much to our disappointment the chop was cool in the center and extremely dry. My wife had her jacket over her shoulders the whole time due to the constant draft created by the outside door being held open by waiting guests. Needless to say we were very disappointed and will not be returning.
