   We had another wonderful dinner at our favorite restaurant. Of course, Juan took such excellent care of us, making sure we had everything we needed just when we wanted it. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection. You really need to try the three kings mignon, the lamb chops, or the vegan skillet (if you are a vegetarian) as entrees. But really, everything we have had on the menu has been excellent. Thanks very much to Juan and the staff at Perry's Sugar Land.

   Another lovely night at Perry’s. Food was delicious. Service was very slow. Seemed to be very short staffed. Prefer sitting at bar for meal versus tables at bar as this has been our experience often. Food and drinks delicious and will be back soon.

   We arrived and were seated. After being served bread, the waiter came, took our order and with 15 min there was a flickering of the lights. This occurred 3 times in ten minutes. The manager came to our table and told us the system was down and they couldn’t enter our food order. The way she spoke was as though she wanted us to leave. Five minutes later the waiter came came told us the same thing and said I can still give you your wine order if you want to stay. At this point we are 49 min into the reservation, no food, no wine, waiting for the manager to come back. The waiter returned 10 min later asking if the manager ever came to speak with us. At this point we left. No food. No wine, worst experience ever. If they would have made an announcement to the restaurant the system was down we wouldn’t have felt as isolated. However, there was no courtesy related to the communication. For such a high scale restaurant, you would think they would have a backup way to enter orders in case of power outages.

   I told the lady upfront that I received a text that my table was ready. She never put my name in. When I returned from the restroom my mother was still waiting for the table. I talked to a different lady and she sat us right away. Other than that, everything was great

   Ask for Luis! What an amazing server! Knew the menu, timing, all of it. Attentive, but not intrusive. Just a delight. Our steaks did arrive a tad over, but that had nothing to do with Luis. We all ordered our meat rare, but they all arrived more Med-Rare. STILL delish. I had asked for a cold plate, but an expeditor brought out the meal, not Luis. Son and husband share a birthday, so two free table desserts. They were amazing. For apps - the Carpaccio is OFF THE CHAIN goodness. Escargot and oysters were awesome, but the carpaccio was the star. We passed on soups/salads knowing we would want dessert. The creamed spinach and Brussels were amazing. The Crab Mac N Cheese also delish - just a nitpick, I am not a fan of penne pasta for man N cheese, but my companions had no issues. Gotta say - growing up in FWood Texas I have been with Perry's from the beginning (go to the website for the history)...the last couple of experiences were lackluster. For the Sugar Land location - they have stepped UP their game. Very nice dining room remodel, much more attention to detail, manager checked in on us. Even brought signed birthday cards for the guys at the table. This was sort of a last chance meal - but we will 100% be back. Worth every penny!!!!

    Went on our 64 wedding anniversary. Had the senior menu special. We were charged an up charge for the “Perry”filet which we did not ask for. Valet parking convenient but you have to pay $6 plus driver tip for it. Wait service friendly but Very slow. We told waiter we were going to a concert. But it took almost 2 hours. Especially slow was after salad waited for 45 minutes for entrees. Then filet was not prepared as requested. Manager very kind in expedited redo of filet.
