Pork Chop Friday Lunch
Fridays 10:30am-4pm. Enjoy a lunch-cut portion chop served with whipped potatoes and homemade applesauce
Wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon, topped with jumbo lump crabmeat and Perry's Steak Butter, served with steamed asparagus
Perrys is one of my favorite restaurants. The wait was not long and the staff is always curteous and helpful. Ambience was good and not loud. You can have a pleasant conversation without shouting. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. They are somewhat pricy but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend Perry’s for a nice dinner on any occasion.
Food was delicious. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't substitute a side on a $54 meal, but it didn't ruin the experience. Filet mignon is fantastic.
Marshall provided great service. Ambiance was nice - due to Covid restrictions. Table location could
Have been better. Pork chop was amazing. Rest of our meal was very good, not great.
Our server Timothy was outstanding. Anyone that plans to go to Perry’s, I suggest you ask for Timothy. Great service, sense of humor, and very on point with meal suggestions and timeliness.
Everything was good as this was an opportunity to visit with a friend whom I haven’t seen in 2+ months due to COVID and support a good cause through San Antonio Restaurant Week...until I got home to put the take home box in the fridge. I had the pork chop which was way more than I could eat in one sitting so I asked that the remainder of the 2 meaty pieces to be put in a box to take home. I also asked to NOT include the bones. Much to my dismay, when I was home, there was only one meaty piece and the bones (which had already been eaten from). I was very clear in my request as I pointed to the pieces I wanted. Also the applesauce they provide with the enormous pork chop is way to small...I would say perhaps a tablespoon. Needless to say I was disappointed as I did pay for the entire chop. BTW...the pork chop is very tasty...if you order and take some home, check your take out box first.
Table was in walkway- not a good location and pork chop was dry.
We enjoyed our late Friday lunch here. The restaurant is taking required precautions like temperature checks prior to entry, spacing of tables and bar seats, and requiring masks when not seated.
The service was great, the lunch pork chop was delicious as always. We tried the pear/walnut salad and the fried asparagus, which were both really good.
Blake was an excellent waiter!
Server was great! Food was great! My mom really enjoyed her first perrys experience for her bday
All was amazing. We all ate the famous pork shop and it’s delicious. All is really really good
Perfect ambience. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is out of this world! Amazing!
We had a wonderful Anniversary meal! The pork chop and the ribeye steak we had were both so delicious! Our waiter Marshall was awesome! We will be back again soon!
Everything was absolutely amazing! It was our first time, but definitely not the last! Thank you for an incredible dining experience.
My son was heading back to Connecticut for school so I wanted to take him to one of the best places in town. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. I know covid has taken some restaurants down a notch so I took that into consideration. Our server could've been a little more attentive and personable but they may have been short staffed, I don't know. All courses took longer than expected to arrive. My Old Fashioned, well, I don't know what was going on. It was cloudy. My son had a Godfather something. It was quite good. My filet mignon was over cooked but I was so hungry that I dared not send it back. The pork chop was dry and needed the sauce it came with. Dessert and coffee was good. I will not be back for a while until all this covid stuff settles out. Too expensive not to be perfect. And it has been before. And there are other restaurants to go to.
The ambience, service, and food were great. Our server did an exceptional job.
Second party to get to the restaurant, host check us in, took the first party before us.... and forgot to comeback. All other people got their table and after we complain they gave us our table. Waitress was fabulous. Great food. Bad start though.
Food was amazing and service was golden. The waiter/waitresses were polite, professional, knowledgeable of the menu and very patient. The food was just delightful and very generous portions.
Using Open Table we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant-a 2 top right by the front door/foyer.
We were rushed through our meal (appetizer, salad, entree) We had over half a bottle of wine left when our bill came. If it wasn't decanted, we would have just taken it with us and left our horrible seats. Fine dining should be an event and last longer than 60 minutes. When we mentioned this to our server, he was proud that the table turned in an hour...until we told him we were unhappy. No one wants to spend $700 on a coursed meal in an hour. I would never recommend Perry's or ever go back.
Potato was cold at first, filet was under cooked, was over charged for desert
TJ was our server and he was great we had the pork chop lunch and had a few drinks and we had a great time.
The food was cold. Unbelievable how poor the food was.
Pork chop Friday at lunch! The best reason ever to eat at Perry’s. I’m sure there are many more menu selections that I could rave about, but the lunch portion pork chop is still their greatest value, with leftovers, too!
Great food & service. Totally felt comfortable with everyone wearing mask. No big deal!
Everything was spot-on and Marshall took great care of us! The seating arrangements were great, never felt the least bit crowded. Perry’s continues to be one of our favorite fine dining experiences!
Our waiter Brandon was excellent! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we always look forward to the ambiance and food Perry’s provides especially for this special occasion.
Everything was impeccable, service, atmosphere, and every single bite!
I've been to Perry's multiple times and always had a wonderful experience. So, when our wedding anniversary approached, there was only one place I wanted to go. And it truly didn't disappoint. Great food, great staff - overall, awesome time!
Pork Chop dinner was absolutely amazing and Blake was a phenomenal waiter. And I think the bread pudding is my new favorite dessert!
Right now having a special four courses for $44 was a great option. Celebrated our 25th anniversary and we were treated wonderfully by our server Blake. Thank you!
It was my daughter in laws birthday & so we took the family, & I can’t tell you what a wonderful time we had. I wish I could remember the name of our server. She was outstanding! The food was delicious. It was a perfect evening. Thank you.
The BEST steak I have ever had! The decor and atmosphere were very comfortable. The bar made custom drinks for us that went down like honey. We can't wait to have another experience there!
Pésimo servicio del mesero.
It was the perfect evening. The hostess and manager were awesome!
Our server, Kevin was great! I forgot to order the spinach salad and he went to the back and brought it right out! The food was delicious as always and made our 23rd Wedding Anniversary very special. Loved the rose petals and the dessert! Keep up the outstanding service and food!! We will be back!
Felt very comfortable in the restaurant with the precautions being taken. Food was very good service was great and the price not bad for what we got. Will be back.
