Perrys always has excellent food and service. We were celebrating a retirement and did not know that we could not bring in our custom made cookies. Not to eat them at the restaurant, but to pass them around as a 'souvenir' when our team left - - because we were all traveling. The manner in which the hostess took them from us when we checked in was rude. in addition, we forgot about them (out of sight out of mind) and when we returned that evening to retrieve them, there was a tag that indicated which table and server we had. Why couldn't they have been given back to us with our tab? Also someone sampled a cookie before they were returned to us.

As usual overall Perry's experience was on par. Our waitress was awesome and very knowledgeable on every topic. As for the food, the salad was drenched on overly salty Caesar dressing so we had to send those back. The Bone In Ribeye requested at Medium Rare came out at Medium well... both times. We ended up not eating it unfortunately. Felt bad had to keep sending it back so just kept it and no one touched it. The lobster Mac was dry so we brought that home to add some life to it later. The New York strip flight was the best thing to hit the table. It was tasty and prepared as requested. Yes, we will go back. Doubt will order the Ribeye again as was unusually dry as well!

Every time I have been to Perry’s it has been an absolutely excellent experience. The food and drinks are amazing and keep us coming back. The staff is very attentive and friendly which is much appreciated. I highly recommend getting the smorgasboard to try everything!

The ambience at Perry’s is exceptionally wonderful. However I was disappointed with the service. They were not very attentive to our party, nor accommodating. The food was good, I had the beef short ribs. Overall it was an okay experience.

We were very excited to dine with Perry’s However almost five hundred dollars later I just don’t think it was worth it ! It was very disappointing to hear I couldn’t bring a cake but to see another party come In with one The food was salty and the meat unflavored. Not accompanying unexpected guest probably won’t dine again my final thought is I could of went to Texas Roadhouse and had to flavorful meals for less

We are pretty frequent visitors to Perry’s, and had a few friend a that had never been so decided to make this the dinner spot for a birthday. I am not really sure what is going on there sometimes. It seems every other time we go it’s either exceptionally great service, or just plain bad service. I understand our party was a 9 top, and that can slow things down, however where the line gets drawn for me is at 9:05pm we asked for our checks, we finally received them at 9:40pm. There were problems with some of the food, but that happens and am very understanding of that but when you order a medium rare steak and it comes well done, I’m not sure how that really happens. I don’t normally complain about things, I worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years, and still do 1 night a week currently, and I know the struggles that have happened since Covid hit. It will not stop us from coming back by any means, I would just like to see it get more consistent when we go.

A couple entrees came out wrong. But we were made aware the kitchen was far behind. So a round of drinks were taken off the bill. This was my first experience like this though. Everything is always amazing and the food this time was just as great as always!

Compared to Perry’s in Birmingham, the one in Raleigh needs to improve in areas of food delivery and service. Our food took too long to come to the table and was lukewarm. The server tried her best but was overwhelmed by the number of tables she had to serve. A steak had to be returned because it was cooked wrong and took too long to be corrected. One expects a restaurant this expensive to not have these issues.

Placed was packed considering we are early diners i.e 5 pm. Normally expect a less crowded restaurant at that hour. Waitress was flighty, sometimes showed up at right time other times was no where to be found. Wasn't sure if she had too many tables or just not good at handling the ones she was responsible for. After eating at Perry's in Katy TX for 8 years and now eating in Raleigh NC 2 times, a little let down.

I expected the pork chops to be exceptional. When I starting eating it I found the flavor to be good but it was very dry and ineatable. I needed to exchange it for something else. I selected the filet mignon which was excellent. The wait staff were very attentive and professional.

We are new to NC from NJ and we had been scoping it out prior to our move. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. From the crab cakes, escargot (cooked to perfection) to my husbands steak, my fried asparagus. The pork chop?! My party of 6 tasted quite a bit from the menu including a vegan steak!!!! It was DELICIOUS. I was surprised! Our waitress, Mya was excellent! She was energetic, informative and attentive to our every need. It was amazing! We will definitely be back!! Chef’s kiss!!!

Salmon was just ok. Hubby really enjoyed the pork chop and the temperature of our food was good. However, nothing special about the salmon dish with grilled veggies. It was odd to see most of the staff standing around watching us eat our meal. If I return, I will probably try the salad with grilled shrimp. Though it’s a steakhouse. It would nice to cater to pescatarians as well

This is the second time I've eaten at Perry's and there's been an improvement since the last time. When we originally ate there, food was served on-time but after 3 of the 4 of us finished or appetizer, plates were quickly collected while my wife was still eating her salad. She was embarrassed for still eating. The checks were delivered to the table when we were done but then they were quickly collected while we were still sitting at the table. It was obviously a sign for us to leave. Last night again the food was served as expected, all of us finished our salad/appetizers, and the main course was brought to the table as expected. When our meal was over, we were not rushed and actually sat for a while until the downpour outside eased and we were able to go to our car and stay dry. Again, a marked improvement.

We decided to go at 5 o’clock and try the senior menu. We went with friends. Two of them ordered the filet mignon and my husband and I ordered the pork chop. Everybody was very satisfied with their meal. The pork chop is enormous, just so you know it’s really too much for one person to eat. My husband and I both brought half of their pork chop home. It’s delicious! The soup was a disappointment. I ordered the soup of the day, potato and leek, and it look like wallpaper paste. My husband and I both said that we would go back and enjoy something else off the senior menu.

Food was very good. Wife’s steak was undercooked a bit. She ordered her steak Medium and it came out more rare than my Medium Rare steak. Other than that, the food was great. Service was very good, even with large large parties nearby. The large parties did contribute to the noise level being medium.

We had pork chop and filet mignon which both were superb. Overall it was very good but honestly too pricey for me.

Malia (the bald server as she says she’s called ) was phenomenal was so attentive and enthusiastic. We will be back and requesting her as our server again. Food was cooked perfectly!
