Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille - Park Meadows Ratings and Reviews
This is probably my least favorite high-end steak place in the Denver metro area. So loud you can barely have a conversation, at least one thing every time we have been there has been prepared incorrectly or not how it was ordered, and the value just isn't there as an overall experience.
We visited Perry's for a special birthday celebration after hearing great reviews from family and friends. The atmosphere was nice - tablecloths and wine glasses and great ambiance. The serving staff was stellar - Evan took amazing care of us - and the menu was diverse and excellent. After learning of my shellfish allergy, the staff went out of their way to accommodate this, even when a majority of their dishes had seafood as part of their presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again.
Too loud and crowded....we had 7pm reservations and didn't get seated unit 7:30...Decided to get a drink from the bar because of the longer wait and ordered two drinks and the bar tender wouldn't sell me a drink because my wife was in the waiting area....they required her to come to the bar to verify. I am 47 and my wife is 44....low class for my taste for the money we paid....we wont be coming back!
This was our first visit to Perry's and we were very pleased. The noise level was too much for our group, but we had to consider it is the Holidays and there were a lot of large groups. We will definitely come back because THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
The restaurant was very busy this evening and we felt that our server did not give us the "warm and friendly" that we can always count on from similar restaurants like Fleming's, Shanny's, Ocean Prime and Capital Grille. We'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a busy night.
Can't wait to visit Perry's again. The food definitely lived up to the high recommendations we received from our other foodie friends. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Great food, but they are struggling to handle the busy season. We had a 6:00pm reservation and at 6:40 we were still not seated. When we asked for the 3rd time, they finally offered us a high top table they had reserved at the bar for overflow. Several other reservations had to wait 30+ minutes to be seated.
For our Anniversary we chose Perry's, 1st time here. We had reservations, arrived 5 minutes early, had a 5 minute wait, was seated at a table with 4 chairs, red rose petals on the white table cloth (Nice Touch), chose bottle of wine (wine selection is small compared to other restaurants we dine). Wife had the Calamari starter (I shared), that was enough for her, and I ordered the Perry's Filet. The Filet was cooked properly (medium) for my taste, the asparagus was nice, and the crab was a delicious topping with the sauce combined. Was good, but I have had better at a lesser price, but still good, happy with what I received. Would recommend
We had a 6:00 reservation and did not get seated until 6:45. The staff at the hostess station were rude and indifferent and unapologetic about the fact that we were waiting so long.
Our service once seated was no better. It was extraordinarily slow and all around bad! At one point, we asked a waiter where a drink was that we had ordered 15 minutes prior, he said “we’re trying to find it”. This pretty much sums up the evening.
For a $500 tab, you expect a much better experience. We won’t return.
This was my teams third year celebrating our accomplishments with a holiday meal at Perry’s and it was very disappointing. Three of the 15 entree orders were delivered 10 mins after everyone else. Those that arrived late were cold. The servers were very rushed and not providing the attention we’ve come to expect at Perry’s. We requested a dessert menu and when it finally arrived (after two request) we were told that two trio desserts would be provided (never a word about why “because your food was late and cold...”). As we were finishing dessert the plates were remaining bed from the table without asking and before folks were done. Overall I was disappointed because this is meant to be our “big team outing” for the year and instead of being relaxed and enjoyable we felt rushed and underserved.
food was good, a little less salt and it would have been perfect. the noise level is a 10 very hard to talk without yelling. service was excellent escargot was the best I've ever had. wine list is impressive, go expecting to pay for fine food snd you'll leave happy.
It was my holiday shopping/night out with my 13-year old grandson. The restaurant was his choice because he loves a good steak. We had done the same thing last year and the same waiter served us this year. He remembered us which was very nice. He is a great waiter and treated my grandson with respect. We both enjoyed being treated well.
We were able to introduce Perry's Steakhouse to a friend who had never heard of it. He loves pork chops so you can imagine his look when his pork chop was served. He took a picture and sent it to his wife. They will plan to go together after the first of the year. We will return as well. It happened to be my birthday so the birthday treat was over the top!
Great food. Too noisy! Expensive! Our waitress was Jackie and she was terrific. The gluten free menu was great. However, there is no gluten free beer. They should contact Holidaily Brewery in Golden and try their gluten free beer. It's the best tasting gluten free beer in Colorado!
