Nice atmosphere and the pork chops here are wonderful.
I tried Perrys again. And, again we fail to be impressed. For the cost of evening at this location I’m just baffled at how difficult it is to receive superior customer service. My expectation is that we shouldn’t have to seek out our waitstaff when we were in need of refreshed beverages, or for dishes to be removed from our table or to place our orders for dessert or for our finally bill. Additionally, our waiter walked away and helped another table in the middle of taking the dinner orders for our table. So bizarre. It just feels like we’ve received far better service at establishments that cost maybe a quarter of the cost of Perry’s. This is frustrating considering we are primarily paying for the experience. Well, I guess it’s just not for us or maybe our expectations are too high.
Amazing experience, amazing food! The best steak I have ever had I definitely suggest the Prime Ribeye! Will definitely be going back again !
Chad was wonderful. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Fun time.
As usual a great experience, service, food, drinks and atmosphere was very good. It’s not quiet, but you can have a conversation without yelling. You always know what you are getting at Perry’s!
Awesome meal. Enjoyed sharing the experience with our good friends. Their first visit to Perry's.... Josh Myers ... What can you say? He's the best !
Our server was phenomenal!
The food was AMAZING!
Noah our waiter made the experience very welcoming and the rose petals were a terrific touch. The food was obviously made with great taste in mind. We noticed the GM took time to personally greet and seat us! We felt very special which made our 46th anniversary memorable.
We had a reservation for 4 which changed last minute to 5. The hostess found a table for us on a very busy Saturday evening. The food was great and my steak was cooked exactly right! The dessert was very, very good. Highly recommend. Cocktails were very tasty to!
For 100 it was extremely loud, The calamari was amazing, The sides were below average the steak was below average definitely not worth the price
We went for my Father-in-Law’s 85th birthday, who is visiting from Pittsburgh. The restaurant was busy, but we arrived early for our 7pm reservation and were seated right away. It was very loud and the tables were really close together. I read a similar review that the tables were too small for the meal. We had 4 people and had a to shuffle things around on the table top for the one appetizer that we ordered. We used our bread plates to share the stuffed mushrooms (which were excellent), then the server came by with some rectangular appetizer plates. Not sure how we would have even fit them on the table.
The server recommended the wine flight, which was a great sample of California wines, but the glasses were so tall I had to reach over them to access the appetizer in the middle of the table. It felt like I had a huge barrier in front of me. The bread is so good, but we kept shuffling it around so much the servers kept offering to take it away.
The service of the meal was chaotic, too many people in such a small space. My Father-in-law had the kabob and it was excellent, but the table side prep took some time and there was just no room. We wanted to have a relaxing dinner, but it was loud and a little claustrophobic. The table behind us had a flaming dessert, and the two of them had to re-arrange positions at their table so the table side service could occur. We were really close to the flame and it was a little unnerving.
There were too many tables and too close together. The four top table we were at should have been a two top. Servers did a great job, but had a hard time navigating the space. Filet, Brick Chicken, Kabob & spaghetti squash primavera were all excellent! Would highly recommend for the food and service, but not the atmosphere.
Food was not cooked right! The Gm never apologized and blamed the waiter. Will never go back!!!!
We celebrated a birthday with our family. This was the second time we had been here and it was as enjoyable as the first time. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our son ate the whole pork chop, which is quite a feat! We will dine here again.
Recommend Perry's Steakhouse - this was our first visit and we will be back!
Nice senior inclusive menu. Staff at Perry’s is exceptional. Perry’s own wines are very good, especially the red blend. Always a great experience.
It was very noisy and crowded which is probably because of the Friday lunch and pork chop special. But it was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk in one of the booths. There were several flies in the restaurant which were quite annoying. Steak tartare was quite bland. The Caesar salad was very good and my blueberry champagne drink was really good. Service was excellent. Wait staff could not have been more pleasant.
We brought our sister-in-law who was visiting us from out of town. We had the Pork Chops and they were delicious. Michael’s sister loved it and took her remaining meal home with her for dinner! Our waiter was outstanding as well. He kept our glasses full and table clean at all time. Even though it was loud in there with all the people, the food overpowered everything. We will definitely be back again!
We had eaten at Perry's once before and loved it. Last night's dinner not disappoint. We were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary and Perry's helped to make it very special. The rose petals on the table was a very nice touch. The service was outstanding and our meal melted in our mouths. We had never tried the pork chops and they were out of this world delicious.
Excellent food and service. Took my team out and couldn't have been happier with the result. Drinks are made quick, never waited on anything. Loved the full service you get from everyone.
My wife and I visited Perry’s to celebrate my birthday. We chose to sit out on the patio. The wait service was friendly and efficient and help and advice was provided to guide us with the menus. All the meal courses were brought to us in a timely manner and the quality of the food was excellent. The portion size was ample for all the courses we selected but we still needed a take home bag for some leftovers.
Main course menu items were a little on the pricey side we thought which is why we wouldn’t choose to dine here on a regular basis. Still, for a special occasion, and if you have the budget to match, I would recommend Perry’s for a great dining experience.
Service is impeccable! Food was very good although there were some misses on quality and taste for us. Quite noisy during dinner rush. Table are close together.
In prior visits if we split the pork chop dinner, when the server carved it table side - they split it for us. In our past 2 visits - we've had to divide the chop ourselves. Unfortunately our knives did not seem as sharp as the servers. Otherwise the service was exceptional and food excellent. A great way to spend a Sunday eating out.
Great experience with professional staff!
It was a great place to celebrate two birthday's. The staff was friendly, accommodating and overall fantastic. Our server was delightful. The server that made our dessert did a great presentation and pretty funny too. Thank you for making it a great evening.
I was very surprised how big a place Perry’s is and how full it was at 6:30 pm. Service was attentive and very acceptable although the waiter and manager thanked us for our patience. Our guys both tried the pork chop and the gals had sea bass. Both entree’s were exceptional and cooked to perfection. All three sides were unique and delicious. Clos Pegase Cabernet was a nice compliment to the evening. Too full for dessert. Additionally, we had a gift certificate that was dated 2019 and they accepted it!
Very enjoyable evening!!!
The entire setting from bar to restaurant is amazing. Once in the dining area, it's a 360 degree feast of the eyes with impeccable decor. Not classic old school, but nice modern classic. Our servers were a little underexperienced (young), especially with wine selections...just a training thing. It took over 20 mins to get our first cocktail, but got better from there. Overall very nice servers, just a little green. A must must must-have if you go are the crab cakes. Absolutely the best I have ever had...bar none!
My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary. All of the staff wished us a happy anniversary and there were rose petals on the table. I ordered the Smoky Margarita and the Kabob plate. My wife ordered the filet. We both shared the artichoke, leek and potato soup and the creamed spinach. Since it was our anniversary we got a complimentary dessert, we chose the trio. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The service was fantastic, especially for a Saturday evening dinner time. Our drinks were always filled and everything came out at the perfect time. I’d definitely recommend Perry’s for a special occasion or just a nice dinner with friends.
Perry's is always the greatest. Excellent wine, steak & fish dinners, with exceptional service provided by server Hanna. We will greatly miss manager Sam Warren. Good luck.
Got there early for there Senior Dinner. What a value! So tasty! Outstanding service. We will be back.
The experience was lackluster and highly overrated.
Soup was bland. Pork Chop was dry.
The guy didn’t crave my pork chop table side.
Chairs where to close together and the staff struggled to get around tables.
They did side work around us at the end with flashlight on their phones in an open dining room.
Jordan was an excellent server and the food was cooked to perfection. Excellent Beef au Bleu appetizer, and the steaks were incredible.
Josh our waiter was fantastic professional and well verse in the menu!. Noah was equally professional and made sure our experience was the best we could have asked for!
Everything was on point. Myers was awesome as was the food!!
I wish I could give a higher rating, but from the start things took a turn south. We were sitted at was too small for 4 people that were going to eat a full meal.
Second, when requesting a bottle a wine, my date chose a bottle (that I do understand some are unavailable at times), and she specifically stated she did not want any American white wines...the server was only suggesting American wines as a substitute, even after being told the aforementioned.
We then requested a larger table as I explained that we would be ordering full meals, and had already ordered two appetizers that took what little space was available on the small round table...
When it appeared that this might be too much of a request and that the wine issue was overwhelming the server Katie, we contemplated closing out after finishing the appetizers...what was also apparent was that Katie never asked anyone else at the table what they would like to drink...even after we had been waiting over 30 minutes to resolve the wine issue. During that time Katie paid more mind to other tables, even having a 10 minute conversation with two elderly ladies without resolving the wine issue.
Finally, Katie had the presence of mind to have Sam, the Sommelier to the table, and he was finally able to listen to my date's request and provided a superb substitution to her original wine selection.
The next issue was the Katie wrote the "doneness" for the 6oz filet and the steak that accompanied my aunt's order, wrong. We self remedied the situation by switching the steaks.
On the positive side, the Chilean Sea Bass is one of the best in Denver...rivaling only Eddie V's.
The asparagus and lump crab was also divine.
It just seemed that we were too much of a burden for Katie...the effort just was not made on her part.
I hope she understands that regardless of her poor performance we still tipped 30%, which was probably far greater than all the other tables she chose to ignore us for.
We went for my fathers birthday for lunch. The service was fantastic and the server was very attentive to our needs. The pork chop was delicious and definitely worth every bite.
Lovely pork chop special luncheon; all guests enjoyed, the server was friendly, accommodating, and met all of your requests. However, we did ask for management to lower the music as it was blaring over our table and we could hardly hear one another over the dining table. Music was never lowered. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.
An amazing staff provides a wonderful environment to lavish in the food. The food is expertly prepared and tickles the pallet in the way a fine restaurant should.
all was really good, just my wifes plate, the medallion were a bit dried, but still good taste.
We also will recommend to offer a better class of bread and butter.
we have never been disappointed . Come here for special birthdays
Took some friends here to celebrate an anniversary. Great food, superior service and beautiful setting. Try the King Louis the 13th wine. You won't regret it!
