Perry's Famous Pork Chop
Carved tableside. Hand selected in the Midwest specifically for Perry's, this sweet, smoky, sizzling chop is cured, roasted, slow-smoked and caramelized, served with homemade applesauce
My husband’s birthday
We had a wonderfully relaxing Thanksgiving meal. Loved the options. Robert was a wonderful server and did not rush us at all. Perry’s is one of our favorite restaurants.
They put us in a corner... the service was so slow... didn’t get the salads we ordered... out of root vegetables... fish was so overdone it had to be cut with a fork and the lobster tail was so over cooked it was dry and no butter came with it... $500 later we should have stayed home...
The food was excellent as was the service. The noise level in the bar area was not bad .
Went to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. Ordered salads, steaks, veggies and dessert. Meal was fantastic. Service was enjoyable.
The dining experience has somewhat deteriorated since we last went there in December. The quality of food and overall experience do not own up to the food and drink prices. We will try it again in a few months and if again disappointed, it may be our last time there.
Always a favorite when we want a special night. Besides the food being completely outstanding, the service is over the top - and we have never been disappointed. Although I always plan ordering a steak, I almost always end up ordering the Sea Bass. It just melts in your mouth like butter. Everyone else in our party ordered different cuts of steak and all were extremely pleased with their meal.
This is the first time I've even had a bad experience here. We are usually so impressed. I had a friend in town from Michigan and I told her she had to try it. My husband's steak was flavorless and his whipped potatoes were cold. My friend and I shared the brussel sprouts and they were undercooked. I will say that the desserts did not disappoint. Our server seemed distracted and left my husband with an empty coffee cup while filling my friends. I had to try and get someone's attention as he was missing for awhile after. I am not sure I will visit again anytime soon.
It was a birthday. Give me the points.
I normally thoroughly enjoy Perry’s. It’s always a good dining experience. This time there was something amiss. Service seemed a bit rushed even though I scheduled after rush lunch hour and before dinner. I felt rushed and more than one of us had to ask for drink refills on a few occasions. We were celebrating a 15 year anniversary after being stuck in the house for months of quarantine. Perrys didn’t seem that special....maybe all the issues of the world are weighing in on our happiness these days. Needless to say our waitress boxed our desserts and bagged them. Only to get home the next day ready for our sweet treat and guess what? We had a box of someone else’s half eaten dessert in our bag! Disgusting. I know this is not normally Perry’s etiquette or service. Sucks that we had to endure some unusual circumstances but I still love Perry’s just disappointed after waiting so long to dine again. :(
Had a great waiter - RJ. Also got visiting by someone who has taken care of me many times before - Desmond. III Forks is amazing. Now that they moved it's even easier to get to. Their food and staff are incredible every single time.
It was a great birthday lunch. I am definitely making arrangements to return for dinner.
The pork chop is great as usual. We always enjoy it often
First time at Perry's and had a wonderful lunch. I had an 8 ounce filet which was perfect. I can't wait to participate in Pork Chop Friday on my next visit.
Great Friday lunch, pork chop is amazing
We were out to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was a great evening with friends. The food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Perry's is a great place to have a birthday celebration! Excellent wait staff! Wonderful food!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We went to celebrate a birthday. We both chose to do the Autumn Seasonal 3 course special. Everything we had from the soup & salads to the main courses (filet & pork chop)to the sides and desserts were amazing! The staff was so friendly & attentive and they take great precautions for the pandemic. Highly recommend!
We went for our anniversary dinner. We were far beyond impressed. We loved food, service. We also loved the extra steps they took to making our night very special with rose petals on the tables for our anniversary.
Excellent service, excellent food, recommend the chop. Great ambiance, definitely going to go back
Beautiful restaurant, tables spaced for Covid. Very personable waiter. Great food! I had 8 oz lobster which was steamed & cooked perfectly. Our service lagged a little bit, but picked back up after we got our main dishes. Would go back. Very nice dinner.
Sam was our server and he was outstanding and made the night even better. The place is tops and food amazing
We set at the bar and had a great meal. Perfect date night!
Great food and great service!
It was overall good, service was a little slow considering not all tables were being used. My fiancé's filet was not very warm when it came out, while my chop was hot.
Food was fantastic! Service was great. Great experience overall!
Fantastic experience and great outdoor dining option!
Great time just hanging out. Food and ambiance were excellent.
I dined in and had the Pork Chop special last Friday and as usual, it was outstanding. I was asking myself why I don't go here more often. I will definitely be back.
The food and staff were nothing short of amazing...we had a great meal and wonderful experience...we will definitely be back!
It was our first visit and we were initially placed at a table in the center of the restaurant. We asked if we could be moved. We were told it was not a problem, we just had to wait a little bit, which wasn't a big deal and we ended up at a very nice quiet table. Hostess, manager on floor and waiter were excellent! Best part.... the pork chop was out of this world, like we had never tasted before! Tender and so flavorful. We will definitely be repeat customers.
The food at Perry’s was, as always, absolutely outstanding! The service was not up to par HOWEVER, our waitress seemed to lack assistance from her co-workers and the restaurant seemed to be overwhelmed on the evening we were there. The manger was very apologetic and did bring us complimentary wine. We will definitely go back for another occasion as overall, Perry’s is delicious!
Celebrated Birthday and Veterans Day! Great atmosphere and always delicious food!
Had to wait 45 min between appetizer and entree. Constantly had to tell server to refill drinks.
Went to Perry’s for Veterans Day for their free Pork Chop for veterans. Because of their support of veterans my wife and I go to Perry’s 10+ times a year. I had the pork chop which I have had numerous times before and it is outstanding. It is worth a trip to Perry’s to ear it. It is the best I have ever had and I like it better than any steak I have ever eaten. My wife had the Red Fish which was a huge portion and tasted great. Our salad was fantastic and large enough to share Nd their sides taste great and also shareable. We drank the Perry’s Reserve Pinot and I was surprised at how great it tasted for the price. We topped off our meal with the Bread Pudding which was outstanding and big enough for 4 people to share. Our waiter was outstanding in his service and attentiveness to our dining experience.
If you haven’t been you are missing a treat.
