When we 1st arrived, the greeting, if you could call it that, was cold.. the hostess was abrupt and almost robotic. We were told that someone would be seating us. My service rating was 4 Vs 5 because of this. We were finally seated by a very friendly and sweet young woman. Our waiter Matthew then stepped in and greeted us all and the handed me a personalized card and wished me a Happy Birthday. He was courteous, friendly, and professional and had a great sense of humor. He turned an initial negative experience into a wonderful and positive one. The filet mignon was like butter! Tender, juicy and delicious. Salads were fresh, crisp and tasty. Our sides including the lobster bisque and grilled vegetables were wonderful! Overall, a great meal and experience!

Our waiter was mostly absent, have eaten here many times before but this time, the service was lacking. The waiter moved our party to a bigger table so the "birthday" boy could sit on the end of the table. Took our orders and never saw him again until the bill was due. Didnt bring water to our table, we had to flag down a bus boy to get water...when they were delivering the entrees, the girl brought out "corn" brulee which was supposed to be our "creme brulee" dessert....big mix up! The waiter just laughed it off. I think our waiter had too many tables and couldn't pay any attention to us. Despite our waiter, the food was as always , EXCELLENT and cooked to perfection, even though our waiter was a no-show to our table. At dessert, we did not get a birthday cake for our table, but the table NEXT to us got a cake and ice cream ... strange NO? Was still an enjoyable night due to the company of great friends. We tipped the waiter accordingly. We're not complainers , so we did not say anything, just tried to make the best of it. I do recommend this restaurant as the previous two times service and food was impeccable.

They brought me the wrong steak. After talking it back, it took so long that the rest of the dinner party finished their meal and I still did not have mine. By the time they brought the steak the sides were cold. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

As long time Perry’s clients, we were dismayed by the deterioration of the food quality, especially the steaks. We all ordered Filet Mignon, medium rare and they all came well done burnt and dry and tasted like they were cooked the prior day. The meat was also heavily salted and peppered, which was never the case in the past.

Before we arrived, my father was questioning whether he really want to do Perry's with the memories of stone crabs in his head so there was a high threshold to meet. Perry's met the challenge, however, as my father wanted to claim every bit of food on the table to take home with him. It was a great success.

It was a little louder than usual this time around and the service I feel was a bit slower than usual. But the food and drinks as always was in point. The corn brûlée is so good. The chocolate crunch desert was changed up a bit and doesn’t look like a chocolate bar as it once did, but the taste is still there. I’ll be back again soon for more.

Our waiter Laz was great. All his meal suggestions were great. We had reservations for 8:45 but got there at 8 and we were seated right away. Great service all around. Noise level was a bit high for our taste but not a deal breaker.

Horrible table next to area where teenagers were sitting and being totally obnoxious. Our appetizers came out before the bread- the bacon wrapped shrimp was horrible. The bacon was chewy- we’ve had this multiple times before and never had chewy bacon wrapped shrimp Our waiter broke the cork of our wine bottle- The food was extremely late We were never asked about how we’d like the temp of our steak ( it was ok) We asked for 2 additional glasses because we had our bottle before our food arrived Were charged 25 per glass and it was not something we could drink. Literally took a sip and left the rest… Dessert was good but the presentation was horrendous. Bread pudding topped with an obscenely large marshmallow that wasn’t even soft but definitely charred. We love this place, have been there multiple times and always have enjoyed it…where at the bar, the indoor area, even the outdoors, but yesterday was just a very poor experience. Not sure what was going on but whatever it was, it trickled down into our experience.

Very disappointing. They brought our entree before the salad and they said they would bring us new entrees but they didn’t. The manager even lied and said they threw it out and made new ones but when they brought my steak the first time it was sizzling on the cast iron pan but not the second time. Flat out lied. They gave us a new order of mushrooms to take home $13 wow. I would have sent the streak back but I was gunner from waiting. After sleeping on it I should have just canceled the entire order and left. I can’t help but think what the owner of Perrys would think if he knew the served a $60 steak after being under the Warner for 20 minutes. Ridiculous. We are monthly customers so i will be taking s break from Perrys for a while

First time here ! Not our last !! Very nice staff ‘ friendly desk staff’ waiters were all nice and helpful. Fried asparagus was very good ! Brussel sprouts some of the best we have had ! , salmon was good , but the main dish was the best ‘pork chop ‘ from heaven! Very tasty a little smoky big portion! Bread was good warm ! Very nice restaurant can’t wait to go back !

Pork chop was outstanding… however found the ribeye (which is suppose to be premium) was good but not the quality that was expecting… service was good..thank you for cake dessert on the house for honeymoon !!!

The outside service was on the slow side. The waiter forgot the wedge Salad dressing then took 5 more minutes to get it while everyone else started started their salad.Hard to get server's attention to order initial drink and meal. He had a large party which took up his time. The music was awful and loud and the speaker was right above our table. All in all, not a great experience.
