We had the most kickass server. I thinkkkk her name was Nikki? Out on the patio? Anyways she was amazing. We come often and she was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had! Food was good too :) Pumpkin cheesecake season is the best. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We were seated 30 mins after our reservation and it was in the bar and not outside like we reserved. We saw others after us get their reservations outside-not sure how they determined who got to honor their reservations. We had to ask for our bread. We had to ask for our birthday celebration. We waited for our food multiple times while others who were seated after us got theirs. We spoke to a manager who explained they overbooked with homecoming diners and said they’d take care of us and did not. My soup was average. The beet salad was good and so was the steak kabob. However the value for what you’re paying is not worth it in my opinion. I’d rather spend that kind of money on a place with better service and better food where I don’t have to be constantly worrying about everything. This was our second visit and very disappointed. It was also for my husbands birthday celebration and very disappointed.

We made reservations for 715- showed up at 713 and waited about 15 minutes before they told us they still didn’t have any tables and we could leave or sit in the bar and get drinks while we continue to wait for an undetermined amount of time. This was our first time out without baby, so I wasn’t about to blow my night by going to shake shack! We went to the bar, where there were a surprising number of open tables- the server was very nice, but he clearly was balancing a lot. Food was good, as always. But it was very loud, and not the ambiance I was looking for. If I wanted to sit in front of a flat screen with football on, and loud background, I would have grilled a steak at home. $200 dinner seemed like a waste. To top of off- no one ever came to tell us our table was ready? Just disappointed, overall.

Very disappointing, our reservation was at 7pm and we are just leaving now 3 hours late. It took forever to get drinks, food etc. My wife and son's steaks were served very rare when they requested medium. Lastly we had plenty of left overs. The server wanted to pack everything for us. When I got home home half of my pork chop ie none of the ribs were in the container. Very upset about being cheated and not sure why this would happen.

The waiter Christopher was outstanding. It was our first time there and he gave us a tour of the menu and honest recommendations and knew is stuff. It was a pleasure having a truly professional waiter. Very refreshing. You can tell they are very well trained. The food was amazing. By far one of the top restaurants I have ever been to and will go back again.

Otto is by far the best waiter we have ever had on any visit we have made to Perry’s - he checks in periodically and does not try to Dominate the conversation or push us towards a special or read the entire menus to us - he allowed us to have a very enjoyable meal and experience. He provided outstanding service with a pleasant attitude. We hope we get to see him on a future visit.

I want to like this place but I just don't. The sides at a steak house make it or break it for me and there's are just bleh. The potatoes were undercooked, the Brussels were almost raw and the appetizers were dry and bland. My steak is always over cooked here too. There are better steak houses for the money.

Where do we start:traveling in from Huntsville, Al; I had no ideal what to expect, but from the entrance to the final billing the service was beyond my expectations. We were made to feel like family from the onset and it was genuine. Yes and yes, I will return and recommend to other family and friends. Thank you for such wonderful service and smiles.

I’ve been to Perry’s 4 times now. The first time was probably the month after they opened up and I was in love. The food, service and ambiance were just on point! The following 3 times have progressively gotten worse with each time, and I’m finally convinced that I won’t be coming back. I was there last night to celebrate my birthday with my son and we ordered the surf and turf, Perry fillet and a couple of sides and the food quality and flavor was subpar, definitely not worth the $$$. I won’t be coming back.

I love Perry’s and have been to a few of the other locations and always had a great experience. This trip was not so great. The staff was great, but my signature pork chop was painfully dry. I left most of uneaten. I’ve had this a few other times and it’s always been excellent but this trip it was tough and almost inedible. I mentioned this to the bartender who told me it was because the meat is “smoked” but this wasn’t an issue at any of the other locations. He also told me the applesauce is there as a sauce if it’s too dry. (Seriously?) If I had to guess, I’d think my pork chops were probably sitting around for a while and dried out. Regardless, they weren’t good. Sorry.

The setting is friendly and casual with a hint of "swanky". The food is always good and you could make a meal of the sides (au gratin potatos and creme brulee corn A+++). However, do not miss out on the steaks and my personal favorite, the pork chop. Yes, it is enough for another 2-3 meals...you will not be sorry!

Excellent dining experience to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Started with Salted Caramel Expresso Martinis that were out of this world good. Ordered filet mignon with wedge salad and different sides which we shared and all was very good. Concluded with a birthday dessert of bananas foster to perfectly cap off the evening. Additionally, we had young Ryan as our waiter and he is exceptional and truly added to the experience. We are looking forward to returning soon and requesting Ryan to serve us again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Our service was impeccable, the atmosphere was perfect & relaxing. Able to have conversation & music not too loud. The food was absolutely delicious, good drinks & desserts.
