Located at McEwen Northside, Perry’s is serving its first greater Nashville-area location in Franklin, Tennessee. Perry’s Cool Springs is bringing our award-winning menu, impeccable ambiance, unique signatures, tableside presentations and exceptional service for DINE-IN or TO-GO. Our 11,000-square-foot space can host up to 350 guests, inviting all to soak up and savor the Perry’s experience.                                                 Celebrated Son’s MBA Graduation & early Mother’s Day! Hostess seating issue to start day off on wrong foot! Requested in my Open Table Reservation a private or more intimate seating (booth is best) for our Luncheon Celebration and specific noted we did not want to be near Kitchen / Prep area or Server Station / high traffic area. Hostess attempted to seat us two times at “End”Tables where Guest & Server traffic patterns have continuous flows of noise & bodies & exactly where we asked “not to sit”! Hostess reaction & body language in addressing was not customer friendly. Onto experience; our Server Michael did an Outstanding job to assist us & attend to our needs! The Food was good to very good depending on Menu Selection ordered. My NY Strip was delicious! Desserts were delicious as well! Overall we would rate Perry’s as “Good to Very Good” across most rating categories our only parting comment is that at the price point Perry’s charges… a dining experience should be exceptional every time from “Soup to Nuts” & have observed over time that consistency needs to be improved especially with customer handling skills & behaviors during arrival!                                                 We always love going to dinner at Perry’s. The streaks are excellent and service is always good, but our server, Mark, was excellent. His suggestions were right on target and he was attentive without being intrusive.

                                                Great service and delicious food. The soup of the day was delicious. The salmon is always delicious and the grilled veggies are so good. The carrots are so yummy but a bit difficult to cut.

                                                Perry's is well known for the pork chops and steaks, but their beet salad and the Redfish entree are well kept secrets--delicious items that are not found anywhere else in town. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal, and we shared several of the decadent desserts. Perry's is tops!

                                                The servers and all the other employees were absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding. Our server a.k.a. “Light” has a great personality. If you have a special occasion, he’s your man. The manager even checked on us. Due to the popularity of the restaurant and the acoustics or lack of acoustics it is noisier than one would expect for a steakhouse. If you’re trying to have an enjoyable business meeting or don’t feel like shouting request one of the smaller rooms available.
