Hotel restaurant done right !!!
Varied menu with express lunch menu a great value-
Extensive wine list - excellent service !!!
Setting more like breakfast cafe than fine dining restaurant. Food was not prepared well. Also, this is a hotel restaurant.
The food was fair. The service was great. The prices are off the charts. We asked for them to space out the food between the appetizers and the main dish since we learned from last time they rush it out and sure enough, they brought the entree way too soon. The place is empty and they still rush you out of there. I do t get it.
We have been here for dinner on number of occasions recently. Like it a lot and will be back whenever we come back to New York.
Located in the Pierre Taj Hotel.
A relaxing place Midtown
Excellent service and food. Enjoyed our visit and will return.
It was a First Rate dining experience, especially our gracious server Sam.
We had lunch and breakfast at Perrine. It was delightful. Great food, atmosphere and great service at a beautiful hotel. We stayed at The Pierre also and loved the amazing service, atmosphere, everything!
We wanted quiet conversation and we got it. I prefer the beautiful decor of the lounge area to the stark modern of the dining room but still very pleasant. Fine wines and service. Delicious food. Will definely go again.
Not impressed at all by the dishes, the bread was bland, the tables had paper placemats, the house wines need a bit of retuning, the sishito peppers sidedish was bland and wilted, the grilled octopus was barely there as they put the smallest portion possible, the grilled lobster was ok in flavor but was not properly prepared for the table...there was one claw only... the only good thing about this place were the waiter, host, and bartender.... get rid of the managers and the chef needs some extra training in French cuisine.
Very disappointed. Service was terrible. Food ok. Wine not very good. Atmosphere was like a cafeteria and is not representative of THE Pierre!
The staff and food was incredible! My wife and I came for our 1st wedding anniversary and they made us feel extremely special. Thank you so much to everyone! We will be back :)
Highly highly recommend! Our waiter, Kenny, was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job!
Seated me in the no table cloth / bar section, with the folks dining in t-shirts. I was wearing a sport jacket with a collared starched shirt. Otherwise enjoyed the meal: fish was cooked perfectly, lamb chops were great. Server recommendations were spot on.
Great service! We were very pleased. We will go back for sure.
Went for restaurant week menu and the food was good. I had the seared tuna salad for starter and it was very flavorful. The main course was chicken in wine sauce, which was also quite tasty, although a little bit overdone. Service was efficient and professional. Nice and quiet ambience for a business lunch.
Went for dinner during restaurant week. The server was extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommend asking the server for suggestions regarding wine pairings; great decision. The food was amazing! Would happily come again regardless of restaurant week.
Food was very good! Service was overall good but once it got busy we felt a little neglected. Excellent wine choices. I think i would return as I did enjoy the food. And what could be better than dining at the famous Pierre hotel!
Great food. Resturant is a little dated but well kept.
Food and ambiance were nice. One of the waiters was friendly, the other elder one wasn’t.....
We were a party of three, and we all had the Restaurant Week Pre Fixe lunch menu. Portions were agreeable, and our selections were fresh, tasty and well presented. Our server was attentive.
Perrine is amazing! Chef Ashfer is so talented and sweet! I have been there several times and brought all my friends. Lovely!!
fabulous find-- Sophisticated yet casual Service impeccable. Samoa who served me was just excellent. I went for restaurant week lunch- what an incredible menu at a bargain price, but I will be back for dinner another time as the choice and fish dishes especially looked wonderful. Food was excellent and I really liked the dcor
Went for restaurant week. Food and service were excellent and loved the wine flavons
Honestly, you can go here for everything. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, special ocassion... A place where food is an artform. Delicious!
Pricey, but worth it! The food, service and ambiance make you feel incredibly special. Everything down to the fresh lemonade and iced tea was perfect!
Outstanding service and food, in a quiet tasteful environment. Thank goodness
Fuimos para aprovechar la restaurant week, y el precio era muy accesible, no se si hubiera valido la pena con los costos regulares. Los meseros no son especialmente amables ni simpáticos
Outstanding personalized service on our anniversary and creative cuisine!
Everything (food, service, ambiance alike) was perfect.
This is the best place to have an French meal in NYC. Excellent location facing the Central Park. Good food, very attentive service!!
We recommend this restaurant.
Went for the French July Restaurant Week. Menu proposed was very well balanced. The food was extremely well prepared. We enjoyed our dinner. Congratulations to the Chef.
Just wishes wine list by the bottle was more affordable.
Good food and a great find during French restaurant week. You couldn't beat the price at $38 per person. The lamb chop had an addition charge but was well worth it.
Lovely place for breakfast. Excellent service. Calm ambiance.
Expensive but so worth it.
The French restaurant week meal was outstanding!
Awful! Touristy and third-rate restaurant. Food and service terrible. Not fit for foodies or locals.
Shame on the Pierre! You can do better at many other venues nearby.
It was okay nothing special.
excellent food, staff was amazing, we use a travelzoo voucher, great values
The food and ambience were excellent. The staff are very attentive and responsive. The menu is excellent and we enjoyed all the dishes. The cherry pie for two is a nice touch at the end. Definitely a wonderful dining experience.
Perrin is located in The Pierre Hotel. I have stayed there for many years so can honestly say they have upped their food game to the max! Service, ambiance..all superb.
Even if you live in NYC it is a great spot that is NOT typical hotel food. I live in New Orleans and would never think of going to a hotel to eat. If Perrine were in my town, I would eat there often.
