   Logan was amazing. It was a 3-hour dining experience. Wish we would’ve known. Food was mostly great. Some cold and some lukewarm. Took about an hour and a half after ordering to get food. Typically 20 minutes from time of asking for something (wine, ice, dessert, etc) to get it. They seemed busy but maybe not staffed in the right areas. Wish they had bread and coffee.

   Our waiter Jason was amazing! He walked us through the menu and gave us great suggestions. First sure ask for him.

   The food was delicious. Very well prepared and beautifully plated. The entrees took a little longer to come out but the servers were actually very attentive. The cocktails were very good. I had the Call me Madam and the Kyoto Nights. Both were delightful. Highly recommend. Great dinner downtown especially before a show at the Civic Center.

   Had a wonderful evening at Perle Mesta! My SO and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary there, and had a fantastic time. The staff and our server Logan went above and beyond to make our evening special, comfortable and memorable. Logan went over the whole menu in great detail and even showed a large knowledge of the menu, food and concept of the restaurant. Would and will return in the future for more than just a special occasion. As always Chef Black’s culinary skills, styles and concepts show in the whole restaurant. From ingredient choice to plating the whole menu is stunning. The dishes showcased a wonderful arrangement of flavors, perfectly described by Logan during our visit. Cannot wait to spread the word of this amazing place!!

   We loved our dinner at Perle Meste! The food was divine and service exceptional! Special shout out to Ryan. We also were lucky and met Andrew Black, the James Beard award winning chef. He is delightful and super kind--loved it all!

   Some dishes were great (sea bass, salmon, burrata salad), but pizza was almost inedible and everything was very pricey. Beautiful decor (wonderful update), but it was a Saturday night and pretty empty whereas you can hardly get a table elsewhere in town. Don’t think it’s going to make it.

   Our dinner experience was marvelous from start to finish. The flavors of each dish were excellent and the service was equally great. We would highly recommend.

    Food is beyond words! The chef has mixed flavors and spices to make new and exciting tastes! Our waiter, Jason, was the best at curating an amazing experience! He was friendly attentive and kind! The venue is the perfect backdrop for the food! Will go again!!!
