We've been here before and loved it! This time we were all disappointed. The hearts of palm and Perl Caesar salad were great... stracciatella was very good, the Maitake mushroom was good. chicken was cooked well, but strange flavors in sauce. Steak was a huge disappointment and expensive for the quality.

Chelsea was our server and she was outstanding. Her knowledge of the menu and presentation of information was incredible. Food timing was a bit off if I had to say anything was not perfect. Attempted to serve salad before apps, however when we got the salad after the apps, it was fresh, crisp and cold. Wine list is surprisingly reasonable, you don't often find that. All the food was superb! drinks were creative and presented nicely. An overall wonderful evening and we will return.

Great Food and Service. Try the Grilled Hearts of Palm, the Wasabi Caesar Salad, any of the Fish and all of the Desserts are amazing. Generous Cocktails, with very creative twists, great wine list. Enjoy!

We went for the Miami Spice dinner and we were immediately told that the one meat main course was not available and no type of accommodation was being offered. In the end we ordered a regular meal. It was not a good introduction to a restaurant we were hoping to make a “to go” place.

The food is excellent both in quality and preparation., The ambiance needs to fix the excessive noise level Service is fine but at the NYC prices charged,service needs to go the extra mile to win loyalty and a desire to return often,. By accident, I spilled most of my $16 glass off wine. it would have made a meaningful impression if the waiter poured 2 or 3 ounces into my near empty glass., The impression left was that staff is trained to wreak every last penny for customers. He also advised I could substitute wild mushrooms instead of the side the came with the half chicken. 'I was never told there would b e a $3 extra charge, that "surprise" leaves a very negative impression even if the charge was $1. there needs to be a more generous spirit at Perl so that customers feel valued and cared for...especially when this upscale restaurant we admire charges upscale prices for everything including the wine which is overpriced two dollars per glass. Fix this. Trust my observations and feelings regarding the above and you will triple the frequency of return guests. Respectfully Steve.

Flavor flavor flavor! Each dish was extremely well thought out, unique, and FRESH. PERL Baby Gem Caesar Salad was the best Caesar I had in my life. My family ended up ordering 2 or 3 more to the table. Local Red Snapper with White Japanese sweet potato is perfect. Passion fruit crème Brule..... no better way to end a meal.
