What a wonderful treat to eat out at a restaurant again after so many months of quarantine! Our entire family was super happy that we chose Perch to celebrate coming out of hibernation! The staff were all wearing masks and gloves and the tables were spread out at an appropriate distance. We felt comfortable, secure and well taken care of. The food was beyond amazing from the appetizers, entrees and desserts.

Chose Perch for brunch with my sister. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service. The Chesapeake omelet was outstanding and the dressing on the salad greens was a refreshing change from oil and vinegar. I will return

We love this place - such a great restaurant for date night, with great food, drinks and service. Really creative menu offerings, and delicious drinks. This was our second time here and we'll be back.

What can I say? Plenty but just know we loved our dinner and Mike was awesome as per usual
My first time with getting beef and not the whole fish and it was tremendous. I don't know the name of our server but he was super too. Everyone there acts like they know you instead of talking down to you.

This was our second visit to Perch, and all the food items we ordered have been outstanding both times. Our only negative is the noise level as the restaurant filled up. It became challenging to have casual conversation across the table by the end of our meal both times.

We celebrated my son’s 40th birthday on a busy Friday night and were impressed with the service received! They began our experience with leis and complimentary sparkling toast and appetizer. Every dish, cocktail, bottle of wine and dessert was throughly enjoyed. The mussels and scallops were my favorites!

The food was delicious but they fall short on the cocktails. I had a half filled coupe Manhattan. It was barely a sip.
Go for dinner but have pre dinner drinks somewhere else.

Somewhat limited menu, but food and presentation were very good. Loved the atmosphere. Martini was very good but quite pricey

Great service and great food. Got a little loud later, and a cozy booth against a wall would have been a plus, but overall excellent.

We loved the restaurant. I would call it special occasion. Service was good. We would have gone back sooner. But due to this virus. Things have been closed. They will reopen in June. We made reservations to finally go back. We did Tahoe our during this time period. Food was packed up well and delicious.

Great restaurant all around. The ambiance was vibrant and the menu offered lots of good options. Some dishes were a little over garlicky and some were over and under salted but all in all the quality was good

Some dishes (duck breast) were phenomenal, and others (seafood pizza) seem mediocre, both in portion size and taste. I would definitely go back for the duck breast and love bomb desert. I can’t get enough of all the wonderful flavors from the duck breast! Service was great, friendly, and professional.

Great place to have a date night or birthday dinner. They easily accommodate any dietary preferences and make it taste amazing. The staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to come back

We sat at a table and we were cold much of the meal. We we’re offered blankets.

The food was exceptional and we tried small plates, main courses and desserts. It was for a birthday which I noted on the open table reservation and they brought us all a glass of champagne when we were first seated plus a candle in a dessert. Just a great experience!

We went to Perch for a late Valentine’s Day dinner. It was delicious. The food was beautiful And delicious. We will definitely be returning for more.

First timer. Very clean looking decor. Bright and open airy atmosphere. Had the most delicious sandwich for Sunday brunch (instead of eggs). I will be back.

Duck pizza was amazing and if Chef Mike has any off the menu Filipino dishes... take him up on it. Everything is so fresh and thought out.

Our experience was everything we wanted in a restaurant. All the staff were friendly. We were fortunate to get a seat at the chef’s table, and the owner/head chef was an amazing host. The food was tasty and we certainly appreciated the nods to Filipino cuisine on the menu!

My wife and I went for Valentines Day Dinner. The staff, ambiance, attention to detail and the food itself was great. As we were wrapping up our meal, the owner Mike came over to get some feedback. We really enjoiyed the personal interaction and learning about the inspiration behind the menu, staffing and guiding principles behind the restaurant. I would recommend this establishment to all and will visit again.

Amazing from start to finish!

Valentines Day. It was a prix fixe meal. What was really nice though that even though the menu was set there were still 3-4 choices for each course. I also liked how everyone in the restaurant helped to ensure the guests had a great experience and the head chef I believe and possibly owner came out and made sure guests were happy. The other great thing about this restaurant is the fresh ingredients and that many of the items on the menu were made in-house a nice added touch. I will definitely come back to this restaurant to try their every day menu.

Went to Perch for Valentines Day dinner, so the menu was prix fixe, which was fine with us, as there was a number of choices. The wife and I had different entrees, starters, and desserts, and everything we had was top-notch. The food was prepared perfectly, presented attractively, and served promptly.

I keep coming back to Perch. It is my favorite restaurant in Richmond, VA. I am relatively picky about food in restaurants; if I can do it better at home, why bother? The special Valentine's menu was wonderful - great choices and delicious. Ordinarily I would not go out on a special night since the menu offerings are generally not all that good for a crowd that rarely goes out. This year I needed to be at the theater at 7:45, and Perch was the best choice! I highly recommend PERCH.
