Five us went and we had four different dishes, and they were all great. They were the Lemon Shrimp, Taco Flight, Handheld Chicken Flautas and TJ Chicken Caesar Salad. Plus, we shared two desserts the Curro Cake and Brownie with coffee ice cream. Not only was the food delicious we had great service. Weather was nice so we were able to enjoy there outside patio seating.

First and only time dining here. The waiter was friendly but didn’t check to see if we needed anything, our drinks were empty and I ordered a drink that I couldn’t drink, it was disgusting. When another woman brought our food I asked her to take it back, she replied with an attitude and said you’ll need to tell your waiter. Well I would have if he ever came back! The menu was weird, not really Mexican food, my husband ended up getting a hamburger and it was his birthday dinner. The food was terrible, I guess we’re spoiled here in the Tricities with really good Mexican food lol. The restaurant was beautiful but the service was not the best and the food was terribly!

I want to like this restaurant but it's hard to justify going back. Beautiful ambiance and food is good for the most part although slightly overpriced. Unfortunately we had the same server "Ari.." that is always in such a rush and makes you feel like an inconvenience. Ask for a beer, and shes walking away before anyone else can order another drink too. When we first sat they were not busy by any means and still had this treatment. She could cut down her runs to the bar/ kitchen by half if she slowed down and took 2 more seconds to make sure the rest of the table had what they needed. Also not very helpful on a couple of questions about gluten allergens. Just always felt like there was somewhere else she had to be but we were 1 of her 2 tables to start dinner.

Absolutely outstanding - the taco combo was delicious, my wife's salad was perfectly done, the street corn queso arrived at the table bubbling, just a wonderful experience.

Our server was excellent. It was our first time visiting and she she gave us information of what we might order based on our likes and dislikes.

Perch is a lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating options. The cocktails were delicious. The food needs some work. Shrimp tacos were delicious on the inside, but came with one corn tortilla each that was dry and cracked easily, so they could not be eaten as a taco. The Poblano Chicken had a very good sauce, but the chicken itself had not been brined or marinated, so it had no flavor. Salsa was good, and tortilla chips were okay. For the price, everything could have been better.

Overall our food was very good and the drinks were cute and in my opinion a bit expensive. But our waitress was not very welcoming which made me and my group not like it. When I reserved our table I stated on there that it was my friends birthday. We were seated right away and some waitress left an envelope on the table and walked away and said nothing. We opened it and it was a birthday card, which we were like, its cute. After that we asked our waitress if they did anything for birthdays and she said no. There was no music and no ambience. We will not be back for anymore birthdays.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the food and found the drinks fun, even if they felt a bit pricey. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion. We did have music playing during your visit, though we understand it may not have come through clearly depending on where you were seated. Regarding the birthday celebration, our team includes a card and offers a complimentary birthday sundae, we do not offer free alcohol shots as part of our policy, and our waitress did try to explain that sorry if that was not clear. We also want to remind guests to bring a valid ID if they plan to order alcoholic beverages, as we're required to check as a licensed establishment.

Always something new. Really flavorful and interesting new combinations. Been here several times since opening and have found Perch to be a local treat and the perfect place for out-o-town guests.
