   Overall our food was very good and the drinks were cute and in my opinion a bit expensive. But our waitress was not very welcoming which made me and my group not like it. When I reserved our table I stated on there that it was my friends birthday. We were seated right away and some waitress left an envelope on the table and walked away and said nothing. We opened it and it was a birthday card, which we were like, its cute. After that we asked our waitress if they did anything for birthdays and she said no. There was no music and no ambience. We will not be back for anymore birthdays.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion. We did have music playing during your visit, though we understand it may not have come through clearly depending on where you were seated. Regarding the birthday celebration, our team includes a card and offers a complimentary birthday sundae, we do not offer free alcohol shots as part of our policy, and our waitress did try to explain that sorry if that was not clear. We also want to remind guests to bring a valid ID if they plan to order alcoholic beverages, as we're required to check as a licensed establishment.

   Always something new. Really flavorful and interesting new combinations. Been here several times since opening and have found Perch to be a local treat and the perfect place for out-o-town guests.

   40 minutes to get our food order put in and drinks. This is after the table behind us was helped and served. Food tasted great but the service was poor and they knew this was a special occasion as it was my wife’s birthday. Sad part is we were only credited a drink that my wife said was super warm and told that’s how it is served( last I checked champagne is chilled). If you go here keep in mind we were sat at 1045 and left at 1230.

   Several bad experiences here: The first was, I ordered tacos and what I got were quesadillas. We all know a taco is a tortilla filled with meat what I got was a tortilla filled with lots of cheese and very little meat. The other terrible thing was the guacamole was made with lots of mayo that you could really taste the mayo. And lastly, it took the waitress almost 15 minutes to get our drinks. The restaurant was almost empty and there were several people behind the bar. Not sure why there was a wait. (We did see this as a common problem in the reviews). Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for all the reasons listed above. I did mention this to the waitress and she did not do much or seem to care about these issues.

   The entrees were kind of bland, drinks were good! Appetizers tasted better than the main dish! No vibes, no music playing, the word cantina is in the name, play some Latin music! It looks nice inside! Hopefully the upstairs patio saves the location during the summer time!

    Ok so I’ve been here only one time previously and I loved our experience. I was very excited to go back. Right when we sat down the hostess accidentally spilled 2 full glasses of ice water all over my husband mainly his shirt and pants and my daughter’s pants were also significantly wet. When I say wet I mean soaked. Not a big deal accidents happen but I do have to say I was quite surprised at the hostess! She didn’t act like it was even a thing. She barely said sorry and gave him a couple napkins. If things were great after that this review wouldn’t even be written. We ordered ceviche for the appetizer. It was delicious. My husband had tacos that were great. I pushed for my daughter to order the birria gnocchi because that’s what I had the last time I came and I loved it. This time it was completely different. The gnocchi was hard and brown and the flavor was not good at all. My son ordered the cod tacos and the shells were cold and raw and not the least bit appetizing. This was the very first time that we did not leave a tip at a restaurant but I have never been this disappointed before. I literally would have been happier with Taco Bell and our bill was $180 dollars. I’m sorry but for that much $$ I have much higher expectations! Won’t be back! Not impressed and very turned off now.
