   The drinks are so delicious here. I had the strawberry fields cocktail..its was so refreshing. I had the blackened pineapple chicken and it was so tasty. The shrimp cocktail was delicious as well. I would have given this place an out standing review but the service was really bad. Especially when we were tipping well. I had to bus our table more than once and a few times we had to go to the bar to order more drinks.

   DOES NOT DO RESERVATIONS! phone number doesnt work and service was spotty at best. signature cocktail was good, food was just okay. had to yell over the music to my friend across the table. will not recommend nor be going back.

   I was visiting from another state, the customer service was amazing, my only issues we’re gnats on my food , and dirty glassware. Other than that , I could see myself eating here again.

   The place was quiet. Basically only 2 other people in there Had to get waitress to take orders instead of her coming to the table Nitrous drink machine wasn’t working but didn’t say until 3 people had already ordered drinks that involved that That machine speciality drink was the main reason we went there We would have left otherwise There are way better normal bars around that area

   Bartenders were too busy talking to each other check on us. 5 customers in the entire place including the two of us- no reason for such poor service.

   Went there with my girl had reserved table but couldnt get it. The guy said they shut down that part of the venue. Why have tables out if you cant sit at them? He said company policy. BULLS!!!. It was only us 2, rarely get to go out on friday nights or any night for that matter we have busy work schedules. So me and my wife to be went next door to Sambuca😀😀. These guys treated us like so well. They went and got a table and 2 chairs for us gave us a free drink each. We laughed and ate a late dinner. Wait staff was amazing. Take notes pepper smash(what ever the hell that means). If you place was crowded id understand. But it was like 16 people there. ILL (WE) WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! THANKS SAMBUCA FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT A GREAT DATE NIGHT!!

   Manger was rude when moving us from one table to another and the whole reason we went was for the cotton candy cocktail which their machine was broken so we left.. go to the store and buy cotton candy..

   Service was top notch. Value was great due to the very extended happy hour. Not as nice inside when it first opened with booths.

   When we arrived they did not have our reservation they said online reservations were closed but it allowed me to make one so they squeezed all into a tiny table in the very back. Also, the server ignored us several times when we asked for our checks. I had to get two different managers to finally pay our checks. Some people got and were charged for drinks they did not even order because the server was in such a rush she did not listen to orders.

    This was the first visit to Pepper Smash for a Birthday Celebration. While we were very impressed with the food, the venue is quite small and we could see why you needed a table reservation with Open Table, due to the limited number of tables available. They do offer daily Happy Hour from 11 am - 10 pm with $5.00 specific type of alcohol drinks. I do appreciate that they did not charge the designated driver for soft drinks. I will say that when we arrived, the Open Table reservation could not be located, but the Front Manager was willing to let us have the dinner table prior to the next scheduled 08:00 pm party reservation. Also, the Open Table confirmation for a Saturday Night Table showed up approximately 2 days later at 05:25 am after the scheduled reservation.
