   Visited for the first time for Mother's Day Brunch. Format was community dining over four courses. The courses themselves were excellent with my favorite being the brioche egg and bacon sandwich in the second course. Had issues with the restaurant having enough of the selected food items we ordered for the later courses and a fire alarm during brunch service that fortunately seemed to be false. Would return.

   Made a reservation for Mother’s Day. Got seated quickly, restaurant wasn’t very busy at all. Maybe 25% full. Brunch was a four course style , family style meal. Our server took each course separately and super spaced out. By the time we were able to order our last course, we were ready to leave. Super slow. Our server rarely checked on us, but we did have other servers consistently checking on us. Had future reservations for dinner set up, with some people from work. Decided to cancel before leaving as I don’t need a repeat for the dinner. Food was good.

   There was no special menu noted/advertised when making a reservation. It was WAY over priced. Service was just ok.

   We hada wonderful night at PennyFlower. Our Waiter was incredible and the food was amazing. We tried lots of different optins an dall were good.

   We had a group of 5 ladies dine for lunch. We all had different salads..all were very good. The menu is very limited, but that's not necessarily a bad thing! Seemed a little odd that there was only one other party eating, but perhaps the location (on the edge of downtown) and on a weekday was the reason.

    When we arrived we realized that Pennyflower was a restaurant we visited years ago, but it was a different name then. We asked about that and were told they rebranded and renamed the restauraunt, and the hotel was also new/different than what it was. We gave it a try. Our server immediately brought us water but we then sat for 10-15 mintes before she returned, apologizing for the delay. That was our sign that things would probably not go well for the remainder of the time there, so we chose to leave and not stay for dinner. Management should ensure that there is enoiugh staff on hand to help with the many tasks of serving their customers. Our server indiated that she was busy bringing meals to other tables and that was her delay. She should not have to handle everything by herself, thus leading to other customers having to wait. Hoping you will take this feedback and improve your quality and quantily of service/servers so that you can be successful.
