   When making our online reservation, we didn't realise that "high top" meant high stools at the table rather than chairs. Initially the staff could not seat us and advised that we could sit outside. It was windy and rather chilly so we thought about cancelling the reservation, however a mid-height seated booth was found and we chose that. Next time we book, we will call direct rather than online. The food however...... well I don't think you'd find a better carvery in Yeovil and this more than made up for the minor seating problem. Waiting staff are all very friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. We're definitely going again :)

   Always have something from the 2 course special menu.Such value for money.Today I had ham, chips and egg with a Pen Mill sundae to follow.Tea and coffee are included and I also had a lemonade and pineapple

   lovely carvery with a friendky chef and waiting staff. I don't usually like a carvery but the food was great quality and hot. Would definitely come again.

   A very good experience as always, waiting staff excellent can’t do enough for you, Food excellent particularly the swede is fantastic, tried to do the same failed miserably once again thank you all for a great dining experience. Definitely prefer seating in the restaurant so don’t trip over getting back to my seat.

   Have been here many times now, when we come to visit a friend. You always get a warm,smiley welcome. The waitresses are so helpful and friendly,which makes a huge difference. Food portions very good, big choice and set menu a good price. Would recommend. Love the straws made from crushed seashells, ehynisnt everyone using them!

    Very good service, nice restaurant and good food but the wine was rather expensive at £9.50 a glass which was what we were charged
