Delve into the art of crafting your own pasta from scratch while savoring delectable selections from our menu. We're excited to provide two levels of pasta instruction tailored to your needs: one for beginners and another for those with previous class attendance or pasta-making experience. Located in the heart of Langhe in the Piemonte region, Cascina Sciulun is owned by the Conterno family. Daniele, who represents the fourth generation of this family, will join us as our special guest to talk about his winery and wines. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be a celebration of the wonderful people, culture, and of course, food that make Italy one of the most beloved regions on Earth."
