Great first trip got the Chef's Tasting for 4 and it was fantastic not a single dish we didn't like. Look forward to visiting again. Wine recommendation with the meal was awesome as well!

One of our favorites and it feels like a piece of Italy in Columbus! Always a wonderful meal with great service, delicious food, and lovely wine selection. The menu changes monthly and we try not to miss a month!

Excellent food, service snd ambience. Only issue was they put 6 adults in a small booth and next to us they put two adults in a much larger booth. We were very tight as a few of our party are larger in size.

Open kitchen concept in an intimate space, but without feeling cramped. The service throughout the night was amazing, with Dominic making us feel like family as soon as we walked in the door. Our server, Alec, was great as well. He was personable, ran us through the whole menu, and gave great recommendations. The whole service staff seemed very team oriented and well-oiled. As for the food... I can honestly say the pasta was the best I've had stateside, and was on-par, if not better, than what we found in Italy. You can tell they don't skimp on ingredients. Portion sizes were a little on the smaller size, but the depth of flavors and the dining experience as a whole really exceeded expectations. We'll be back for sure!

Incredible, authentic Italian experience. Great service from friendly and helpful staff. I love the prix fixe menu style which makes what can be a very intimidating menu more approachable. Cacio e Pepe is a must your first time and then I encourage you to branch out from there! Portions are smaller so keep that in mind, although I am a big guy who likes to eat.

Absolutely amazing experience. We went for our anniversary and we’re greeted with a complimentary champagne toast. Our server was amazing explaining everything and the food! The food was delicious and amazing from start to finish! I was worried we’d leave hungry due to smaller than typical American portions but it was perfect! Can’t wait to go again!

The atmosphere was pretty nice, and he service was amazing. Food portions were fairly small for the price point but definitely fancy dining in terms of what you expect at that price point. The food was good. The sauces complimented well with the pastas they served, but the flavor isn’t overly bold. The pasta is definitely house made and amazing! I would recommend for a very ncie experience.

The risotto, focaccia, tiramisu, and limoncello spritz were all excellent. My husband had a different spritz and the fruit tart and he loved them as well. We specifically went for the cacio e Pepe and it was just ok. It was the only food or drink we had that we didn’t love. However, the main downside was that the portion sizes were just too entirely small. The risotto tasted great, but I would estimate it was around 1/3 of a cup. The cacio e Pepe was probably about a cup. Even with buying focaccia on top of the 3-course meal it was not enough food. We would normally have at least two drinks apiece, but we only had one each based on the fact that we weren’t eating enough food to have another round. We ended up going to Dirty Frank’s and getting hot dogs before our CAPA show because we left hungry. This was our first visit to Pelino’s. It has a similar size, style, and price point as Basi Italia, but we have never left Basi after spending $170 and felt hungry. It was disappointing to look forward to a meal, enjoy the flavors and experience, but leave feeling embarrassed having to tell my husband I need more food to make it through the event we were headed to. On the positive side, the service was wonderful from the host who greeted and sat us through James and Freesia who served us, and the food runners.

We took our daughter to Pelino’s for her birthday along with her boyfriend and another couple. The service was great and the food was good but the portions are very small for the price. Overall it was good.

Absolutely delicious! My fiancé and I are blown away. We did the four-course meal, and it was a perfect amount of food even though it’s small portions, which is not a bad thing! Overall, I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic experience at Pelino’s.. our waitress was great. She explained everything on the menu and made sure we were well taken care of along with who I assume was the manager. He came over to check on us multiple times and make sure we were really enjoying our experience. The food was absolutely phenomenal

I was really looking forward to this place but the food was terrible. The squid ink risotto was so dry it was inedible. The tortellini app had two tortellinis.. that was it. The lobster pasta had the smallest flecks of lobster.. you could barely find them. It was like I ordered just pasta with marina. Their version of Cacio e Pepe was pasty and asking seriously dry. We came hungry, paid a pretty big check and left hungry.

Pelino’s is a marvelous spot for a romantic dining experience. The service left nothing to be desired. Our server took so much care that he went through the entire menu, making sure we understood all the options. While the meal was served small-plate style, my partner and I were fully satisfied with the amount of food (and I’m a hungry person). We savored every bite and felt comfortable through the meal. I recommend leaving a generous tip because all of the service providers put tremendous effort into making the experience fantastic.
