The location is amazing. I can understand why some say it is a bit hard to find, but the signage is pretty good and we found it easily. The food was delicious and the servings generous. The conch appetizer was so delicious that we’d go back just for it! We had tacos for the main dish and it comes with a delicious salad, garnished with cashews! Two tacos are more than enough! Finally the dessert of cinnamon and sugar croissant donut with vanilla bourbon creme was to die for! All in all, everything more than lived up to our high expectations!
Always our stop for brunch when getting off the cruise ship. Great Bloody Mary and Mimosa bars.
Great people. Great spot.
Love eating at the pelican landing so took our friends for lunch as it was her birthday. But the server didn’t get the order correct and brought fries instead of a salad . But they made it right by bringing out a salad after . So e dry one was happy and really enjoyed the meal and ambiance. Will be back soon .
As always, outstanding food, service and ambiance!
A little bit of a walk to get there but we’ll worth it for the inter coastal views.
Great little hidden spot with outdoor seating overlooking water.
We love Pelican's Landing. the service is friendly and efficient. The view is awesome.
Amazing place and the plates were excellent. Not big, not small, great presentation and service really good. Prices are ok. The only thing to mention about the coffee was served on a disposable cup. Other than that nothing else to add. I would come back and definitely a recomend it place to go.
Drink a long time to get
The only issue was the cocktails. A margarita tasted as though there was no alcohol. They took it back and didn't charge for a fresh one which definitely had alcohol. Then a couple joined us and ordered a flavored martini and it also tasted as though it had no alcohol. They took it back and the lady asked for a glass of wine instead.
Although the location was lovely, there were several things that I could not help but pass along to the next potential diners. First off, if you have an individual that is disabled, be prepared to have them walk up some pretty steep steps as there is no elevator to the top floor. Secondly, the lighting was horrible!! I understand it intent was to set a certain type of ambience; however, it was ridiculously dark! Not only myself but I seen other diners having to use their cell phone flashlight to look at the menu. On a more positive note, the food was prepared quickly and it was pretty tasty.
To sum it up, this place has delicious food, is great to grab a bite to eat when there is ample lighting outside, and/or no one in your party has a disability that would preclude them from taking those stairs
Overall it was nice but we went there for a specific entertainer and there was nobody. No live music. No vegetarian food
Wonderful Friday night on the waterfront. Located at Pier 66, the restaurant was a bit challenging to locate due to dim lighting and a 2nd floor location. Once we arrived, the food, service and especially the environment were ideal. Fish of the day was swordfish, and it was terrific blackened. Nice touch with music from Hollywood Mike. Peaceful setting, romantic and good value.
Not many options on the menu
Service - Less than OK
The place is not well maintained and needs a good cleaning.
The only good thing was the view for the rest I don’t recommend this place.
Beautiful setting and service was fantastic. Staff very polite and attentive. However very limited menu. Husband had the burger which he said was “ok”. I was going to have the shrimp but waitress recommended Conch fritters which I hadn’t tried before. They were tasteless so won’t be having those again. I would return but for drinks only.
Great service and dining experience! Sunset was beautiful and live music made it extra special. Love everything about this place.
Outdoors all the way. Right at the marina where you can literally see into the mega yachts nearby. Food is all snack type casual food with atmosphere to match. ONE NOTE: NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. You must use a long and somewhat dangerous set of stairs to reach the restaurant. Long walk to the end of the pier from the parking lot.
The music was a little bit too loud for the small place . Food is good , service is excellent and ambiance is amazing !!!🥰
Great service and great views. Limited food selection and hit or miss. Coffee was bad. Ne
If you want to sit in a sweaty dive bar while eating overpriced food served by a dude in a tank top this is the place for you.
Very nice, loved the view. Everyone was really nice. Will definitely go back there. Please wear shorts and tank tops, very hot outside and out in the open.
Good food and view but the music that was played was all wrong. And too loud. That atmosphere calls for a low, smooth mellow jazz, not hard rock or heavy metal sounds as was the case when I was there. That detracted from the experience.
We may live on the west coast but Pelican Landing is always top of the list every time we visit the Fort Lauderdale area. We often wish we had a similar restaurant with the same views, atmosphere and ambiance. Staff is always friendly and professional. The food is always fantastic. Already looking forward to next year's visit.
The place was perfect.
Very clean and the food was delicious.
The service was excellent.
Everything was perfect! We got a great table outdoors to enjoy the sunset! Food was delicious! We ordered crab cocktail, fried shrimp, conch fritters and skirt steak!
Service was very good as well, they were very kind on the recommendations and the food was brought promptly! It’s our first time in Fort Lauderdale and Pelican Landing will be in our top places list. Highly recommend!
This place was awesome. Definitely coming back! Live music was Greta along with excellent customer service, good price for value. Beautiful views!
Wonderful Place. Great Food, Great Service, Great all you can drink Mimosas and Bloodys for Sunday Brunch. The view is AMAZING. Can't wait to go back again. Alexa was a wonderful waitress who took care of our every need. Thanks You!
Great restaurant with delicious food and amazing views!
Not a fantastic experience. The restaurant is a ten minute walk down the harbor and upstairs. There is no other way to get closer, unless you drive your yacht up to it. The food was okay, just not inspiring. The side item for most entrees is fries. The waiter tried to be attentive, but spent more time trying to squeegee water of the side of the building. Seems like a good place to hang after a day of fishing on the boat.
We went on a Monday so it was quiet and there was only one server, which was understandable. We very much enjoyed the dishes ordered, which were different from most restaurants. The view was worth sitting in a little heat and humidity. We will definitely go back! :)
Just hard to tell who worked there and who didn’t. GREAT Salad with mango and the fries were amazing!
This restaurant has a beautiful setting with a wonderful view. Unfortunately the service was not that great- we had to constantly call the water to refresh water, we had to return drinks twice because they used wilted mint leaves on the mojito, we finally gave up and just ordered beers. The salmon was very dry as well. I would return just because of the setting (you can view amazing sunsets) but wouldn’t hold my breath over food and service.
The food was excellent. They had buy one get one entrées Monday. It was probably one of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time. Salad was outstanding. The only reason I did not give five stars across-the-board, was because we had a very hard time getting our server. It took forever for them to fill my water, they never checked on us as we were eating, and it took a while for me to get him to get the check. They were all very nice though. Will definitely be going again on Monday for buy one get one meals.
This place is wonderful, and the food was amazing!!!
We love this place its one of Fort Lauderdale best kept secret,we bring all of our out of town geust here.
They all love the veiws and the fish tacos!
It’s a great place for drinks and appetizers. Dinner if you want fish tacos or a burger - would have been more enjoyable if the weather was cooler. Surrounded by billion dollar yachts. So it’s a good location at the marina.
We love Pelican! Typically our Friday night spot, Pelican offers great views of downtown as well as the intercostal. The staff are super friendly and always accommodating. Anytime we have out of town guests, we always visit Pelican!
The views were beautiful along with the sunset. I don't mind paying good $$$ for good food but the food and drinks were a bit over prices and mediocre. Expected better better food. Not rushing to go back
