The name offers a nod to the iconic red Pegasus that is prominently perched on the lawn out-front of Omni Dallas. Pegasus Pizza only uses the finest ingredients including organic tomatoes and craft meats. The pizza is then hearth baked at high temperatures for the perfect charred crust.

It was an extremely busy day for Pegasus since the cheer competition was in town and despite having to wait longer than usual to order, the process was efficient, orderly and pleasant. Staff did a great job of stepping up to the plate from servers to bartenders to cashier. 👏🏻

Booking through open table was a joke. They don’t take reservations. So needless to say, I didn’t have reservations. No hostess just a sign that says order at the bar. Luckily the crowd process through and we grabbed a table. It is a small place, outdoor group seating if it’s nice outside and if you can grab it. Food was quick and easy.

It was during a convention so there was a big difference in the amount of space to sit and enjoy a meal. In the end the wasn’t terrible and the the food was great!
