"Choose any dish on Pecorino's menu and travel through Italy while dining! Raffaele will cook your spaghetti "Cacio e Pepe" or "Carbonara" just like the best restaurants in Rome would offer. The "Branzino stuffed with artichoke will make you feel you are in Capri again, the veal chop with Porcini will take you straight to Abruzzi. The strawberry almond cookies "Millefoglie" &the Pecorino cheeses cannot be missed. Ask Mario or Giorgio to suggest their favorite Italian wines and your dining experience can only be duplicated on your next visit to Pecorino (or Italy)."

The menu of typical Italian dishes is unimaginative, very limited and way overpriced.
This is a pleasant restaurant with nice people and good tasting food, It is VERY noisy making conversation difficult.
Fabulous. Great food, great service. And as always the experience was delicious and delightful.
Excellent food and friendly effective service.
You have to try fried zucchini flowers, eggplant parmigiana and cacio e pepe pasta!
First time back in a few years. Excellent food, gracious service. One of a very few places where you can get Trippa Fiorentina. Intimate atmosphere. Party of 25 made the evening very noisy.
We always love eating at Pecorino. The food is great! The ambiance is wonderful! The service is top notch!!
Hidden Gem for sure! Loved the service, the food, especially the Cacio e Pepe! Mmmm.
Everything was excellent! Great food and great service.
Best Italian in LA!
Amazing meal, service and ambience as usual.
Charming restaurant. Service was excellent. Food was very good.
Fantastic as always! Chef/Owner Raffaele and Erin are great and are now remembering me!!! :-) They have my all-time favorite dish...Cacio e Pepe! After Roma, Italia, only the namesake in NYC and Pecorino do it almost just as well! If I'm within 90 minutes of Pecorino, I go! BTW...everything else on the menu is also delicious! ENJOY! Ci vediamo presto! CIAO for Now!
If it's not packed, they actually have parking behind the restaurant.
As someone from Italian descent who is an absolute foodie, Pecorino is as authentic as it gets.
Excellent meal and service. Definitely on my list of restaurants to return to.
Excellent - 3 of us all enjoyed our meals. Can truly recommend.
The pasta I ordered wasn’t great.
Great dinner with fine Italian wine. Enjoyed the salads, lamb and the tiramisu for desert. Valet parking available, friendly Italian staff.
Looked like a cozy restaurant but was frenetic, cramped experience- despite the food that was above average. Not worth the trip from Santa Monica. Might be a decent local place but not worth the effort.
We have always enjoyed our dinners at Pecorino. They are very attentive and remember some of our wishes from previous visits. The food is marvelous-- and very creative. We love being able to make our reservation on line.
Fabulous, as always. Our favorite Italian place in LA.
The food was outstanding. The meal was marred by the bill which listed dessert as an additional charge instead of part of price fix. The waiter said it was a mistake?
Romantic, gourmet, outstanding......Neighborhood gem...
The service was terrific and the restaurant is cute, but the food was terrible. Between two of us we ordered the octopus starter, a pasta and the salmon. The octopus was mushy and the salmon wasn’t well flavored and had a crust of uncooked rice that felt like we were biting into sand. I will never go back here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
A dependable neighborhood go to
Waiter rushed us as far as ordering!! I think the table was booked for 8:00PM.
Gratuity was added onto the tax. Not right. Waiter said that’s the way the computer does it.
We will not return any time soon even tho the food is very good.
The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. The carpaccio appetizer was amazing, as well as the homemade soup, salmon, and fresh pasta of the day. Our waitress was delightful and and the atmosphere was charming. We will certainly be back soon, and it will be one of our regular dining choices!
Service and food outstanding
Love this place. Second visit and planning the third.
Pecorino is an excellent restaurant if you need to take someone out for a business meal, are celebrating a birthday or anniversary or just want to share a good meal with a friend. The food is authentic and extraordinary.
Best Cacio e Pepe I've had outside of Rome! Highly recommend!
I LOVE Perocino! Staff is always friendly and they are Italian! Some of the best Cacio e Pepe in the country!!! Whenever I'm in town, I try to make a visit! Truly Italian with a Roman flair! Highly recommend!
Excellent meal. The appetizers and main dishes at our table were delicious. My friend wanted an affogato for dessert, which was not on the menu. They did not hesitate to provide one that was outstanding. It can be a bit noisy when crowded, but not so much you can't hear a conversation. We all enjoyed the meal and our time there.
Food mediocre, service ok. Will not be going back anytime soon
Impeccable service and quiet cozy, old world ambience. Loved it!!
Everything was excellent as always. Only complaint was that normally we get basket of excellent bread with dinner but this time when we asked the waiter said we needed to order it.
excellent food, wine list and dessert... nice home-style place that has always been my neighborhood favorite. service was strangely overdone, asked how everything was a little too often, but that's my own bias - wanted a quiet evening.
great pasta in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. well worth the trip
We often eat here with family and friends. The service is always thoughtful and attentive. The food is delicious. It's just a wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant. We love the homemade pastas swirled in a wheel of pecorino cheese! Yum! The fish and lamb dishes are authentic. The ambience is warm with brick walls and it is never too noisy.
Chef’s spesh frittata thing! Delicious.
Cozy haven with an amazing menu. Proper Italian.
