It was my fathers birthday yesterday and he is an avid lover of barbecue. This restaurant was the ideal place for a celebratory meal. The service was attentive, playful, and kind. The food was not only quick to the table but was beyond delicious (we had a platter with all of the meats and a handful of fixins). We had delicious drinks to start off our evening and the ambiance and energy was warm and welcoming. The most surprising thing was the price. I live in NYC where the prices feel quite high. I was expecting to pay an alarming amount for the service and food that was provided but when the bill came, I was so quite delighted by the pricing. I will absolutely be back here and would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good meal.

The statement is to have southern food in VT. It is! The BBQ is as good as any and the team serving listened and served excellently,.

The highlight for me was the special & $10 iced tea I got. The patio was nice. It took over an hour to get food served though. We had reservations, and yet it took SO LONG!!

Pearl's Place was a gem find! We drove by one night and saw many cars. Decided to make a reservation and try the next night. Fantastic food - fresh and great amounts. Atmosphere fun and welcoming. Staff friendly and kind. I would definitely make a reservation - people were pouring in and some had to wait without a reservation. There is outdoor sitting, but this evening was stormy so we sat inside. Cute and comfortable. Will definitely go back for some outside dining as it looks so cute and fun. A must go dining experience.

Pearl’s has been around 3 years but we’ve just discovered it and we’re so excited! Excellent southern comfort food, some inventive dishes (bacon clothesline), good cocktails, nice atmosphere inside and out. But it’s the staff that are SO nice that make it even better! Great for a casual date or big group dinner.
