I think this location is still fairly new so I think a few of the issues could be attributed to being new. I've been to their Manchester location so I was excited to try this menu. Very similar menus but I liked the Manchester location's options better. I think they were short staffed the night we went. We had a reservation but had to wait a bit before anyone checked us in and there seemed to a longish wait to place orders and receive food. The bbq was okay. I think my food had been sitting for a while before it was brought out so I think it would have been better hot. Overall, I think the food was just okay. Fries were overcooked and potato salad didn't take fresh. I'm hoping that after they've been open for a bit these issues will be fixed.

We ordered the Texas Twinkies & smoked wings for apps- both very tasty. This was our first visit & we couldn't decide which meats to try so we ordered the "All the Smoke Feast"- great choice & plenty of food for up to 6 diners. While all of the meats were moist & delicious, our favorites were the brisket & pulled pork. No room for dessert! Our cocktail choices included the Dixie Sazerac & the mint-berry crush - both delish & attractively garnished. We look forward to our next visit.

Patty was the best! Great food and service. A little pricey but worth it IMHO.

Great food and service. Brisket was very good and moist. Smoked turkey was good as well. Restaurant was a little loud

I thought the quality for food was good but prices were high. To order a salad with protein in it would be $25-$30. The service was great and atmosphere was excellent.

Food and cocktails were exceptionally well executed and true to their theme and description on the menu. Staff was incredible all around and went the extra mile to make this an extremely special experience. From out of town, but anytime I’m back near Bennington. This is a must.

Food was very good as were coctails, although the cocktails were on the expensive side. The remodeled space is attractive but there is nothing to absorb the noise, which can be VERY loud when they are busy, so loud that you can't hear people at your table. My only complaint was that someone was smoking at an adjacent table and the staff did nothing about it.

Perfect from start to finish. Decor was charming and a relaxing feel with mixed industrial and old barn boards from former site I'm assuming. Our waitress Patty was all that. She explained everything as the restaurant had just opened a few weeks earlier. Nice to be waited on with a smile on there face along with some laughs!!!!. The barbecue was good and we just basically ordered almost half of the menu. There were 3 of us. I can't comment on the liquor as we don't drink but we did leave with a house brewed Bourbon as a gift. For the amount of food we got we had enough for dinner the next night. Recommend the Chili highly. The chef came over and talked to us for a few minutes which was great. I would recommend a reservation as it filled up quickly. Definitely will be back! Thank you for coming to our town. Finally a great place to eat!!! Best of luck

My group was extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the service and the ambience. The chicken wings were smoky crisp and delicious. The ribs were also smoky and meaty and moist. The brisket was also extremely good. The garage has an interesting and attractive interior. Our server was pleasant and efficient, and the charming chef came out to deliver the food with well deserved pride.
