We arrived 45 minutes early for our reservation but the hostess was able to seat us right away!! The server was very good and she was friendly. One out of seven of us is vegetarian/ vegan. The kitchen ( it was 6:45, still dinner time) was out of the black bean burger (a special) and the Beyond burger. My friend had to settle for a salad which he was unhappy about as he is a big guy with a big appetite. My chicken fingers were cold when they arrived but the server took care of it promptly. The bartender was half finished preparing a round of 7 drinks when he realized that we hadn’t ordered the round . The server brought the 3 drinks and said they were on the house. The noise level is very high which made it difficult to talk across the table. We were disappointed that the outdoor seating was closed. We still had a nice evening and would go back to give them another chance.

Service was great no complaints at all there but wings were somewhat cold ans overcooked (dry)… Pizza was not the greatest .. dough was tough. Hopefully it was just a one off as we go there on a somewhat regular basis ans this was the first time we left disappointed.

My husband and I have been to Pearl Street many times and loved the experience. I’m not sure what happened today, but the service and food were horrendous. We arrived at 5:25pm and no one came to our table for at least 15 minutes. We ordered our drinks and food as soon as someone arrived. We waited 45 minutes for our food and my husbands order was incorrect and both of our meals were cold. We had tickets to the hockey game so we couldn’t wait for another meal. We asked to have the food removed from the bill and we paid for our drinks and left. Until Pearl Street can get their staffing issues in order, I can’t see going back.

We had reservations and were seated right away. However, it was over 15 minutes before a waitress came over to take our drink order. When she did come over, she forgot a pen and disappeared for another 15 min. Finally After all that waiting we gave our food and drink order. 40 minutes later our chicken fingers arrived and the waitress was never seen again. Not going back!

Not as good as it used to be. Food we got was good, not great. Half our meals came out and then we had a good 10 min wait before the rest of our party’s meals came out. Pot roast was really fatty, veggies were super watery, refills was severely delayed. At this point there wasn’t a big crowd out all as everyone was at the Sabres game. Menu has severely shrunk since the last time I was there. Will think twice before being in any hurry to return.

We use to love going to Pearl Street but lately the quality of food has gone down hill. My husband ordered a burger which he did enjoy. My son ordered hot wings and they came mild and he sent them back. I ordered the chicken fingers and they were horrible ! They were so tough and hard to chew. I barely ate one. Such a disappointment

I’ve been here before and like the place the times I had been here. I was happy to have the ability to make a reservation on OpenTable, because it was absolutely necessary. The place was packed with sports fans and as such, it was pretty noisy. Despite that, our waitperson who was very busy with the large crowd Anticipated extra drink orders and simply brought them to the table without having to be asked. The nonalcoholic kind, that is! I would happily come back again. The cherry barbecue wings were fantastic. Hand cut fries were a treat - fresh and well-seasoned. Salads were well received, as were the fish and the chips.

We had a very good meal and service experience at the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery. It was my Grandson’s & Nephew’s Birthday with family we celebrate them. Our server was happy and very accommodating to us and treated the Birthday boys like celebrities. They had so much fun! We will definitely go back.
