Pearl Street Grill & Brewery
For a great after-work venue with your colleagues, the Pearl Street Grill & Brewery really can't be beat. There are ample choices of beer on tap, and the menu options include something for everyone. Appetizers at Pearl Street Grill & Brewery range from traditional chicken wings to onion rings, while the fish and chips as a main course has become a regular dish for many patrons.
There is plenty to do and see at Pearl Street Grill & Brewery. The atmosphere is electric, making it an ideal place to take the family, a date or to have a corporate party. Be sure to stop in if you are in the area to see why it is such a hit with the locals.
Server was nice, that’s about it. Food was not good. Told the server the food was not good (son didn’t eat anything off his plate) and we were given a sorry and that’s all. We won’t be going back anytime soon.
Perfect option before plans at Key Bank Center. Offers food options for everyone!
Fast service, good food, fun before a concert or sporting event. Family froendly
Really great vibe for the pre and post hockey game. good location for this . service was fast and food was decent.
We had a great time and a great meal. It was a perfect place to relax before a game. I would definitely go back with friends another time.
A great casual atmosphere, and accommodated our large group!
Cool venue! The vibe is retro and fun, with brick walls. Food was uneven — good Buffalo wing dip, decent chicken but the seafood special with fried shrimp and clams was forgettable (puny shrimp and tiny clam strips — both over cooked). Stick to burgers/dip/sandwiches and the fun bar scene.
Loved the food and service. Plan on returning sometime.
Great atmosphere! Service was wonderful! Would highly recommend..
I’m happy I finally got to eat here. Everything was perfect👌🏻 Make a reservation before you go, and enjoy!✌🏻
Great food and waitress
The place was packed glad I made a reservation, as soon as we walked in we were seated,I had a personal pizza and the Mrs had her pearl street favorite pot roast,Food and service was excellent.
I had the steak sandwich, which was one of the specials, and was exceptional.
Perfect spot for good food and some beer before a concert. Their food is excellent. My wife had beef on wheck and I had the best sandwich I think I have ever had - a prime rib sandwich. Both came with some delicious and filling chunk style steak/french fries. They only serve craft beers that they brew themselves so be ready to experiment. The craft beers were very tasty. We walked 5 minutes from the Buffalo Grand to Pearl Street and then 5 more minutes to the Key Bank Arena. We even stooped in after the concert for some more drinks. The bar area is a little small and more of a restaurant bar atmosphere but this was mostly a comfortable sure thing. We plan to return here if we have another concert to go to - the Buffalo Grand we are not sure about.
Great food, great service. My family really enjoyed everything we had!
I have not been to the Pearl St. Grill in years. In the past, I always enjoyed my visits but the food was average - so it did not make my "dinner destination list". However, my visit this week changed my mind.
I had a 5pm reservation - did not get there until 5:30 because of the weather - and my reservation was still honored. I made my reservation through OpenTable and requested a quiet seating area because my guest has ALZ - this too was accommodated. Our server was wonderful - she was patient with us since we need a longer time to complete ordering. As important as customer service, I really enjoyed my meal. The Pearl St. Grill is back on my list.
We had a 5pm reservation Wed Feb 27 prior to the Michael Buble concert at Key Bank Arena. Because of the snowstorm and accident on the Thruway, we were an hour late getting there from Rochester. We called and the hostess was very understanding and held our table. The food was delicious, esp the stroganoff and our server was very attentive. And we got over to the concert with time to spare.
Pearl Street grill is my go to meal every time I cross the border to go to a hockey or baseball game. Incredible food combines with convenient location to make an experience I always look forward to.
Great spot if you are going to an event downtown. Relaxed atmosphere.
I had made a reservation through OpenTable but when we got to the restaurant they didn't have any record of our reservation. It was lucky that I had printed a copy of the reservation, otherwise, I don't think we would have gotten a table as the restaurant was very busy. Other than that, the service and food was very good and we would definitely return.
Great ambiance for a large crowd. Family friendly, good for apps, happy hour or pub food.
Food was good & service was fast & friendly.
Always a great time. Food and beer are always top notch. Only complaint was we had to wait 10 minutes until someone came to our table to see about drinks. But no big deal.
Booking a reservation was very easy online. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Prices were very reasonable. Loved the atmosphere, before hockey game!
very good service and the staff were very friendly
Visiting from Toronto, we went for a pre-game lunch before a Sabres game. Beers were good, food was good, crowd was good. Server was probably a little overwhelmed as it didn't appear they had sufficient waitstaff to handle the volume of people. Overall though, this is a good place to go for a pre-game meal.
Table was ready right away in a great spot. The waitress was very nice and continually checked to make sure our experience was the best that it could be.
A person in our part ordered a burger done medium. It came out rare, sent it back and second one was not much better. Server was excellent and took this off our bill but would have expected them(chef/cook) to make this right the second time around.
The server was quite nice, but missed bringing water for everyone to start. Then the appetizers (wings and onion rings) were cold.
Great place for chicken wings, pizza & beer before a Sabres game!
Awesome! The drafts and burgers are always good. Love the atmosphere
Busy night at Pearl Street Brewery as Bob Seger was in town. I was very impressed with your Hostess team at the front door .. it was extremely busy though they handled themselves very well. They shouted out for anyone who had a reservation to come forward as many did not .
Service was prompt and attentive. Always a pleasure to dine here.
