   Atmosphere was lovely, staff friendly drink selection was great!! We had a great night out, food came out hot and in reasonable time.

   Outstanding service and food. Everything was utterly delicious, and any request we made of staff was completed with a smile. Best restaurant in the area

   Great service, fabulous gourmet dishes. We highly recommend the barramundi, the pork bites, calamari, kaarage chicken, green vegetables, tofu and salad and tataki.

   The main meals were okay. Food generally good but you only get protein in the main so you have to add on extras which costs. We had entrees which were tiny for the very high cost

   Food excellent but service did not match. First drinks and meal on the table within 5 minutes of ordering. (Booking notes advised this was a celebration dinner) At the price point, expect some appreciation of timing.Advised we would like to wait for dessert and what a long wait it was! Tables around us appeared to be getting more dedicated service while no one appeared to have ownership of ours. Eventually flagged down a waitress for our dessert order - not at all knowledgeable. Fast food service should be matched with fast food pricing. Lift your game or drop your prices - seems to be all about turnover. Disappointed but full credit to the chef and his team.

   Quality of meals is outstanding. Service is friendly and fast. Price is higher than most restaurants in the area, but is perfectly acceptable for the quality you receive. Can't recommend enough.

   Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone backwards since their original opening. I'm not sure if there's a new chef, but the food is nowhere near the standard it used to be. The waitress should have told us what wasn't available on the menu when we arrived so as we weren't disappointed when ordering. Overall the meal we got wasn't worth the exorbitant amount that we paid. I'd really love to see this restaurant do well again.

    Not our first time at Pearl and certainly won't be our last. The service was excellent and the food delicious. The only thing I found was that, for someone unable to eat spicy food, the menu is a little limited, but that's just me and I knew that before going there. Our favourite was the beef rendang. The desserts were also delicious, especially the pannacotta. The decor and ambience make it a very pleasurable dining experience.
