   I really like this place. Attention to detail is first class and the staff, outstanding. I thought i recognised the head waiter but she certainly remembered me- after over a year! She knew I liked the cooler Chablis sites which is either great memory or data systems above the norm. Wines outstanding and the food on point but perhaps a little restrained but certainly quality. Wierd oasis like location up an escalator in a non descript inner city mixed buisness setting and almost trying to be hidden, but once inside its a step inside a French wine bar. Great pre dinner setting or a special occasion place but wouldn’t go here if you are looking for “cheap eats” or you are super hungry.

   The most DELICIOUS food I’ve ever eaten. So perfectly balanced in flavour. I’ve been dreaming about it since we ate here. Totally worth the money. The service was fantastic too. They crafted a gluten free selection just for us and it was amazing

   Amazing little restaurant with personal service. The food and wine match was outstanding. Will definitely be going again.

   If you love oysters and a good white wine, you have to try this place. There was an a good variety of oysters and they matched well with the Chablis. The service waa warm, informative and friendly.

   There is no better place in Melbourne to enjoy great food with excellent pairing of wines. The staff are informative and attentive. The choice of music is great as well, and you can hear each other talk! Excellent place for a quiet romantic event. Highly recommended it!!

   The Dégustation Menu here is so wonderful! Perfect choice for a Birthday or special occasion. Spoilt for choice with the Wine List [the half bottle of Chablis I ordered was sold out], so the Sommelier offered a mini flight of equivalent 1er Cru from under Coravin. There’s a good deal of finesse to the food, with great attention to both balance of flavor and texture in each dish, all designed to pair exquisitely with Chablis [or in the case of the Quail] magnificent with Red Burgundy. All this in an intimate space, with comfortable seating, romantic lighting, and a curated play list made for a memorable night. Surely one of Melbourne’s best :)

    Degustation menu is top class, very refined tastes, surprising but very tasty combinations and perfect wines to pair with the food. Not cheap but money well spend for a food lover.
