I felt the music was a bit loud, but I totally get the ambiance this place is trying to sustain.

My wife and I decided to try the Pearl for the 1st time. We were a bit concerned because of some of the reviews that we read but were pleasantly satisfied by the restaurant. Everything appeared the clean, the service was very good even though there were 2 rather large groups. The food was also very good and enough for lunch the next day. I would go back and recommend this establishment.

My husband and I had a great experience at Pearl. When I made the reservation on Open Table, I checked the box that we were celebrating our anniversary. I had no idea they would make our event so special. The wait staff greeted us with a “Happy Anniversary “ , they gave us a very private table and even brought us 2 glasses of champagne and a complimentary dessert! Well beyond our expectations! Thank you Pearl for making it a special night! We will definitely be back!

Took my Mom for Easter. Great food, no waiting for the table and great service.

While the food, location and ambiance was great, we were pretty disappointed in the service. Assuming it was just one server that was too busy talking with co-workers or other as the restaurant was not busy. Took too long to take order and then disappeared again after the food was delivered. I will give a second try as it was quiet and good for business meeting - nice menu too.

Impressed with the special seating for birthday reservation. They said we were getting a “free” dessert for the birthday person but we were charged for it. Nice atmosphere and plenty of food options.

Great setting, atmosphere, and food. We started with Oysters - great selection, something for everyone. Appetizers have a good variety - love the mushrooms. Menu had good options for a small group - everyone was able to find something that delighted them.

Our server was very busy with a large table. Unfortunately his service to our table wasn’t very good. Our lunch entrees were okay, nothing stood out.

I have always had great food and excellent service experience at Pearl since it's grand opening. Last night we went back after a year. I ordered the Wagyu too sirloin cooked medium. It was so tough that my steak knife would not cut it. I showed it to my server, she said the knife was dull and returned with a Sharpened knife. I told her that my teeth cannot be sharpened. She asked me if I preferred the filet mignon. At that point my wife was half way through her dinner, so I declined. I don't think I'll go back again.

We often dine at Pearl for lunch but this time we had a special dinner there. You can count on high quality in their cuisine. I had the sablefish and my wife had the Wagyu sirloin steak. Both were delicious, melt in your mouth. There is a lot of variety on the menu including identified gluten-free options. The service at Pearl is top notch. The atmosphere is subdued so it is good for romantic dining. This time I saw a couple of families with young children. It doesn't come across as a family ("kids") restaurant, but the restaurant seemed welcoming.

Pearl was great! Food, atmosphere, service all excellent. Our wait staff name Laura was wonderful, a real keeper. Very attentive, knowledgeable, helped with some suggestions and friendly. Will ask to be seated in her section next time for sure. We drifted over from the
Winterfest taking place at the Hyatt and went back and recommended Pearl to others.
Give them a 10 plus on the 10 point scale. :)

We were there to celebrate a birthday. I had indicated so when I made the reservation, but there was no recognition of it. It was also hard to get a water glass filled! Overall, just ok.

I had not been to Pearl in some time but my client suggested it. We had a table of 4 and the service and food were fabulous. Notably quieter at lunch and we all loved it.
I will be back for more client lunches!

Ten minutes after being seated with no server coming near, I had to ask for attention.
The food came about half an hour later with appetizers and entrees serving together.

It took 15 minutes for a cup of hot water to come to the table .

Attentive service and tasty food. Portions were pretty small on the steak, especially when you only get 4 small pieces of potato with it. It was a nice cut though. Would have just liked a little more....

Todd was exceptional, friendly and so inviting. The special grilled salmon with butternut squash risotto was delicious. Overall really great experience.

Only suggestion is to update decor a bit, feels a little bit dated.

Pearl was the perfect place to celebrate New Years Eve with friends! Awesome seafood and good drinks.

My cousin wanted to eat Seafood and this place definitely delivered. The fresh oysters were fantastic and the menu options were great as we had some guests who did not like seafood. It was a little hard to find but it was well worth the search.

Pearl is the best value for quality dining on The Eastside. The service is impeccable, the food is outstanding every time and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Parking is easy with validated valet across the driveway at The Westin Hotel. Over 50 meals at Pearl over the years and perfection every time!

The food and service were good, but man was it noisy - even before the fire alarm went off (in fact, we didn't hear it at first, until one of us turned around and saw the flashing lights! our server said they go off about twice a week and it's always a false alarm). It was a false alarm this time too, but wow was it loud. I had the short ribs and they were unanimously voted the best meal at the table.
