   Made a reservation to sit inside and were sat on the upstairs outdoor patio in 30 degree weather. If you can’t fit people in, why take the reservation? Staff turned off the heat before our entrees were served, another table turned the heat back on, apparently the service staff forgot or didn’t care we were up there. Food was decent but they were sold out of the bulk of the menu. No octopus, no calamari, no linguine, no chicken, no tiramisu. This was a 7:30 reservation, not the end of the night. Ordered focaccia but served burrata, entrees came out cold about an hour and a half after ordering. We finished our drinks before dinner but didn’t see the server again until after our entrees were finished, understandable why she wouldn’t want to come out there, it was freezing but poor service. Could not recommend this place to anyone with all the other Italian options in the neighborhood and throughout the city.

   This was just about the worst dining experience imaginable. I have put a detailed review up on Yelp. Short version, restaurant ran out of Calamari and Linguine on a Saturday night at seven. We ordered Branzino instead. Told about twenty minutes. For the next hour or more, we were periodically promised that our Branzino and our chicken park would arrive. Around us all the other diners seated at same time also without foot. Over an hour later, chicken parm arrives without warning. Mediocre. No Branzino. Then over claims that the first Branzino was “too small”. The full size Branzino on its way. Still no Branzino. Chicken parm finished. One Branzino arrives, colder, like it was sitting around. Head and tail on, bones in fish, not fillet. Small. Then, after that is started, second Branzino arrives, filet, no head or tail. Owner explains that both are the same. No explanation as to why same dish prepared differently. Seems like making it up as they went along. Second Branzino tasted soapy to me. None of the dishes had any garnish, or vegetable, just chicken parm or Branzino plopped in middle of plate. Owner did comp ONE Branzino. Waitress then did not even make eye contact, offer desert or coffee, just plopped down bill and stormed off. It was also crazy loud and all around us other people were waiting over an hour for food. Off night, maybe, but that does not explain lack of linguini or calamari at Italian restaurant, does not explain why the same dish is prepared both was and served cold, why a restaurant charging fairly high prices would have entrees with no garnish or vegetables just plopped down in plate. Or why they rushed us out. So, bad food, bad service, bad purchasing for Saturday night, bad plating, boring food, cold food, and noisy. Place should close down IMHO. And I never give bad reviews as I know how hard it is to run a restaurant. This place doesn’t care.

   They seated us early which I appreciate. First the negatives: Tables are very close together. They were out of the dish we wanted to order (gnocchi), had no decaffeinated coffee, and the cannoli was the worst I have ever tasted ;2 that were 2 inches long and the diameter of a nickel for $8. Menu was a bit pricey. Bill was $200 with too for three of us and only one drink was ordered. It was unbelievably loud in the restaurant- we had to really raise our voices to hear one another. Three dishes out of the seven we ordered were excellent- the burrata, the Italian meat and cheese appetizer and the Alpino (fish dish). They also had Gluten Free pasta which was a huge plus for my son. Our server was great at communicating the delays and was very conscientious about getting our dishes out to our table as quickly as possible.

    They’re new so they were definitely figuring out some kinks. The owner was very attentive which we appreciated. The food was really good for brunch. I had pancetta smash potatoes and it was a huge serving and very tasty!

    We had reservations on a busy Saturday night. We live just down the block and this was our fourth time there; each time it’s just okay but this last time wasn’t great. Wine was good, food was not. We ordered the rucola salad and while we expected it to be salty, it was inedible- it tasted as if an entire box of salt was dumped on it. Pasta itself was made exceptionally well but came out cold and bland. Server didn’t check on us once and we had to flag her down to tell her about the salad well after our entrees has arrived. She dropped off the check before we were done eating even though we had been there for only 50 minutes- I would have ordered another glass of wine.

    This can be a 5 star restaurant if the portions were for an adult especially for the prices. The food is excellent from appetizers, to dinner, to desert. Excellent customer service but extreme small portions. Not only did we eat every crumb off every single plate, we were still hungry.

    Nice little place with, a warm and cozy ambiance. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, the over experience was disappointing. The menu was small; it's usually not a problem, however, they were out of most of the appetizers, out of Peroni beer, and out of some of the desserts. The main entrees were just okay, the linguine was overly salty, and you had to pick your way through broken pieces of shells. The pappardelle bolognese was served lukewarm at best, and it had barely any sauce on it. For what we got it was overpriced. It was just a weird experience, maybe because it was a Sunday, or maybe they were short-staffed. I'll go back for a cocktail, my old-fashioned was delicious.

    We finally came here for a date night after wanting to try this place for months and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend their chicken parmesan, bistecca, vegan coconut sherbet and hazelnut gelato! The chicken parm is so crispy, topped with perfectly melted mozzarella and that marinara was phenomenal! My bistecca had the perfect sear, seasoning was on point, it was cooked to an excellent medium and yet the gremolata somehow made this already luscious steak taste that much better. Definitely coming back!

    We’ve been to Pesnut Park Trattoria 3 times and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their menu is limited, but what they have is done well. Their meatballs are the best I’ve ever had, and their tiramisu cannot be matched. Their servers have been better each time we’ve visited. It’s our new go-to for great Italian food!

    Enjoyed the focaccia, pizza, and some pastas. Wait staff member Lola was great! All the members of the staff were professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our meal, and would recommend this restaurant highly!

    Went for my brother Bday the food was awesome. The staff was friendly and the manager / owner came to chat with us and made us feel at home. The Tiramisu was moist and amazing. I was told its made by somebody’s grandma back there. Highly recommended
