Welcome to Peaks and Pints (We’re a 21 and older establishment). We’re a craft beer taproom where brew nerds can wave their geek flags. We’re a bottle shop with a broad and deep selection of craft beer and cider in bottles and cans, as well as growler fills. We’re a mountain-themed tavern with tasty sandwiches, salads, appetizers and desserts. We’re Peaks and Pints at Basecamp Proctor in Tacoma.

Sat next to the open windows with a nice breeze! Sandwich of the day was amazing—Beechers grilled cheese with pesto and bacon! Service was great. Had a nice IPA that Ron, the owner, helped brew.

Everything was okay. The beer and cider choices and recommendations were good, but nothing was outstanding. Parking is not easy.

Peaks and Pints is a local hangout known for great sandwiches, salads, beer, wine non-alcoholic drinks and “vibe”. My wife loves that they have kombucha on tap and I like the wide selection of local beers. Breweries will also host events here. And to cap it all off, it’s REASONABLY PRICED!

And the employees are wonderful. Really nice, great for beer suggestions, and they remember your name. And there is very little turnover as you can tell they like their gig.

It’s owned by two 2nd generation bar/restaurant business brothers here in Tacoma. They are known for taking old, beloved dive bars and making them into hipster (in a good way 😂) joints wo losing the local ambience. Note that this is a new spot they built, but the homey feel is the same. You’ll feel good giving them your business.

I had to choose a rating for food when we didn't eat. Having eaten here many times, I gave it the 5 stars. But this was just a nice visit for a happy hour drink to a neighborhood favorite at the end of a long year of quarantine. There is no better place to go for a drink and conversation than Peaks and Pints. Enough said.

One of the few establishments that would allow a party of 6 to make a reservation during these times. Good food, great selection of suds. Friendly staff.

Not happy this time. Arrived on time. Seats in front open. People came in after us. Another waitress took them to tables in front. We were stuck in the side roon in very back with extra chairs and tables behind us. Felt like a storage room. We ordered 2 typea of beer. They were the same. When we left to pay., Seats still in front open. Felt like we were placed in the back because of our age. Have been there 2 other times before and all was very good. Would I come back. I dont know.+I woulod not recommend if the evening went like ours. It was terrible. We ate. Drank 1 beer and left. Just wanted out.

Everything here is always excellent. I had the roastmary sandwich, and my son had the smoked salmon BLT. Both were out of this world. These were accompanied by very stout stouts with flavors of coffee and chocolate that were dominant...and quite delicious. Go here! Oh, and don’t forget to make a reservation!

New to area, have been seeing posts about Peaks & Pints, wife and I loved it. Fantastic beers on tap. Amazing sandwiches, my wife is vegan, I am not we each loved our food. Not a lot of places can meet both our taste requirements. Staff were friendly and helpful. This looks to become one of our new favorite date night spots.

Since there were six of us, we reserved a table through open table. We had appetizers (spicy deviled eggs, gorgonzola spread and pretzels) followed by some very tasty sandwiches which were priced well. They have a great list of beers and I believe there were three wines on tap and a couple of ciders. The staff was super friendly and helpful but we were disappointed that they only allow an hour and a half for the table because of the limited occupancy. It is a very comfortable atmosphere which reminded us of the Swiss even though we didn’t realize the Peterson brothers own this.
I should mention there is a vast cooler of craft beers in cans that can be purchased to go.

I always love going to Peaks and how they truly treat everyone like part of the team! It has truly become my regular happy place weekly and enjoy seeing everyone that works there! They make me feel extra special meeting my needs in adapting the menu items to my gluten free and vegan needs while making it so very tasty in such a warm and welcome environment! This place is one of the happiest places in Tacoma!

Peaks is usually our to go place when Covid isn't in play. We were able to dine in last fall in the small window that they were open and that experience was great. This time not so much.
We were seated at a 2-top that was very wobbly and in my opinion was not the right height for the stools used. The location of the table also had no hooks for hanging purses or jackets as their buddy bars have so I was forced to try to balance my purse on my leg as the table was not big enough for two food trays and two glasses, let alone a small purse. I am just going to assume our server was having an off day as usually our service is great so I don't want to throw anyone under the bus. I am sure it is very hard to juggle timing of reservations vs how long people stay as some linger and some don't.
Very thrilled that they are able to be open and we will definitely be back.

P&P takes safety seriously. They have a great system set up so that we can finally enjoy the drink & dine IN experience again. The online reservation system is easy to use, don't be that person who shows up without a reservation and gets mad!
