A refreshing new breed of wine bar, Peacock is a relaxed and boisterous hideaway overlooking the city’s picturesque waterfront in the heart of Halifax’s bustling Queen’s Marque district. Serving an ever-evolving list of labels including small-production and hard-to-find bottles as well as an extensive by-the-glass selection, its menu features a thoughtfully curated list of sharing plates and handmade pastas lightly anchored in local seafood and seasonal vegetables.

The atmosphere was such a perfect ambience to enjoy an evening with an old friend The food and drinks were great! The waitress gave great recommendations! Their oysters are the bomb

Beautiful spot inside. We always enjoy coming here! Great spot for a girl’s night or for s date night. Staff are always very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best places in Halifax!

The service here is incredible, our server was attentive constantly checking on our table. The food was delicious, it was a great experience!

Really fantastic experience. Service was 10/10. Both waitress were really really wonderful. Food excellent. Champagne service also perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous evening at Peacock. From the time we arrived we had such a warm welcome, we knew it was going to be a great night. Our server Sage was absolutely lovely. So engaging, gracious, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. Food was beautifully presented and scrumptious. Thank you! ❤️

Excellent food and service. And wine. We had the chefs fixe. Incredible. Every bite. The atmosphere was stunning and relaxing at the same time.
