Melissa, Esther and Sam were absolutely fabulous!
The drinks were great, the food was delicious, the service was outstanding.
The decor and general ambiance of the place is superb.
Can’t wait to go back
Our server was wonderful and the cocktails were amazing. The food menu was small but we enjoyed the shrimp appetizer and burger. I will definitely be back in for drinks.
Was really looking forward to checking this new place out…The room is beautiful but the acoustics are WAY TOO LOUD… I am not a fan of a place that you have to yell to the person sitting next to you . Everyone in the place had to yell which made it extreme loud. So sad we couldn’t even hear the music.. the menu selections were uninteresting.. we left in 30 minutes.. If they could do some noise softening we would love to try again someday.
This is a beautiful locale. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food excellent. We ordered the boozy brunch punch and love it. Also had the salt & pepper shrimp. We ordered seconds of the shrimp. Would recommend for a brunch!
Thank you so much!
The room was gorgeous! It was the perfect blend of old world and hip. The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. Our waitress, Dorothy, was super attentive and we appreciated that because when you’re traveling you encounter a lot of crabby people. The food was divine! We had the Seafood Tower which was delicious with lobster toast sandwiches and pimento cheese toast points. I had the shrimp and grits and it was pretty good. The grits could have been creamier. My daughter had the avocado toast with eggs Benedict and she said it was amazing.
Thank you so much for sharing you experience Dawn! We hope to see you again soon!
They were sold out of the burger, and they only had a few entree options so I ended up getting a grilled cheese, which I could’ve made in my hotel room..
Go see Da Lovebirds on Thursday night! This is a must see place when you are in New Orleans!!
Thanks Cooper, see you soon!
Festive venue for birthdays!
Drinks were awesome! Robin Barnes is amazing! Truly enjoyed her. The ambience was perfect.
Our waitress, Dorothy, was amazing and sweet. This was a planned dinner with drinks for a few friends of mine to get together and catch up after a long period of not seeing each other. The atmosphere was very intimate and beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our mini-occasion. Our drinks were very tasty as was our meal. Definitely will be coming back again, hopefully very soon.
Thank you so much for the awesome feedback! We can't wait to host your next visit!
Being in the hospitality industry myself, I understand the delays that may occur due to reduced staffing levels. Although it was apparent that there was a shortage, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I am a huge fan of Peacock Room and will continue to support this wonderful establishment!
Just went in for a drink. Nice service and atmosphere
Great addition to New Orleans! We loved it!
Great dinner. Beautiful place and wonderful food.
Thank you Lauryn!
It is a fun little place to dress up and feel fancy. The music was great. Drinks are a little pricey for what you get but since they are unique blends it was fine.
Lively and lovely
We reserved here to have cocktails and an early dinner before a show at the Sanger. Well, we hated to leave! It’s a beautiful place, very cozy and inviting. Our server, Michael, was THE best. His every recommendation was delicious from the drinks to the appetizers to the entrees. The vodka drink with the coffee is amazing! A must try!! We will be back soon❤️
Live music was wonderful and loved the decor
Niko was an amazing server!
The starters very simple but the bar very nice and complete. The attention is very poor
Great experience had drinks before a concert! Loved it! Loved The atmosphere!
Everything was great.. Drinks and
Food… Great spot for food and drinks
There wasn’t much available to eat on the menu. A total of 6 choices with 4 app options and 2 entrees. Space was beautiful. Bartender and server/host were great. Will come back when there’s more food options.
Highly recommend! Have a fabulous girls night here. Great drinks and food.
this is a hotel restaurant - just know that going in. well decorated in hip modern way. music is a bit too techno. food was solid. menu limited. not quite destination worthy spot but if you are staying at the hotel it is one of the better hotel spots.
Great food, awesome drinks, wonderful atmosphere....only one thing...I wish our server told us at the beginning they didn’t split checks. For a 4 top I was kinda shocked to hear that and it was awkward for my coworkers who didn’t eat. Will definitely go back tho!
This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! If your a peacock lover like myself, it’s a must see! Amazing drinks and small bites.
Really cool place with great ambience. The drinks were very good.
menu was very limited, good service!!! the cutest place!
Great as always!! Food was delicious
Wonderful, eclectic restaurant, with an amazing cocktail and food options.
I've been here a few times for cocktails but this time we tried some of the starters. We tried the pimento cheese with toast points and mixed nuts, bother were good and complimented our drinks. There were other menu items and we will try them soon. Overall the menu looks good and offers a variety.
Sat a little late but taken care of the whole way thru. It was great experience in this energetic room.
Great craft cocktails at the elegant Peacock Lounge.
I waited until I woke up the next day to post just to be sure that I wasn’t overreacting when I left last night. I wasn’t. I still have a bad taste in my mouth. The drink we ordered- the Provençal was indeed an herbaceous twist on an old classic and quite nice but it was served in a tacky thin stemware glass (plastic maybe?). The crab pimento dip was interesting in that it incorporates Port Salut but it was too chunky, un-spreadable and the crab was almost invisible. The toasted brioche cracker was anything but toasty, it was soggy. By far the worst experience of the night was our waiter who asked if we’d like recommendations then proceeded to yell into his mask (held a bit off his face) the exact wording of the descriptions from each of several drinks off the menu while pointing to them. My beautiful daughter ordered the Pho and he brought her a spoon. I had to get up and find the waiter to ask for a fork or chopsticks. (They didn’t have chopsticks! Who serves Pho that way? And it wasn’t pho, it was ramen). And by time she was able to eat her meal with the fork he finally brought, it was quite cold although she said it was good. In all fairness, we came for the ambiance, which is quite nice despite being placed by a wall that blocked views of the lovely lounge singer and probably contributed to the intense noise level and miserable experience overall.
Love the atmosphere! Cocktails were delicious and beautiful! Fruits de Mer Pho was the best I have ever eaten! Thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience.
I wanted to have a special date night set up for myself and my significant other. This place made sure to give me none of that. Service is horrible and super slow. They have a high volume but it seems as though they cannot keep up. I had to go to the bar and order, I was also asked if I needed anything by the manager and she assured to be helped ASAP. We waited 15 min more and left. Such a shame with how nice the place is that we had to be so neglected.
Food menu was small, but drink menu made up for the lack of food. Very busy, hostess and waiter were very nice. Ambience amazing
Beautiful place. Great service, food and drinks. Our favorite cocktail was Pavo Real, and Fluck Me. Appetizers are small but very flavorful. We’ll be back for sure.
Was seated and then no server ever came up to us. They avoided eye contact and any attempt to flag someone down was ignored. Sat for 20 min with no service. Ended up just leaving.
