Peach & The Porkchop
Sun 11:00 am–9:30 pm
Peach and the Porkchop was outstanding! The food was incredible, the entire place from the menus to the decor is aesthetically pleasing. Great selection of wines, beer, and cocktails. Worth every penny!
Menu was impressive! Definitely a ton of options for food and drink. Never seen a kids menu that size before - which was really cool. Service / wait staff was on point! Always a step ahead and impressed us, plus super nice. Great hire!
Food was fabulous. I had a filet with mashed potatoes and green beans. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides were hot and delicious. They even asked if I wanted to sub any of the sides. They were very accommodating in this respect. Dessert was home made. We split 2 pieces of cake between us and both the strawberry cake and the coconut cake were over the top. Great place and great service. Would highly recommend. If you have the luck of dining on either a Tuesday or a Friday night, ask for AMY. She's my favorite waitress.
Usually one our favorites, it seemed less spectacular than normal. We will go back, but our service was off and food ok.
My fiancé and I came here last NYE and were super impressed. We are getting ready to relocate to South Atlanta and before we do, we wanted to visit any great places that won’t be convenient after the move.
We made a reservation a week in advance for Saturday night at 7. We arrived 5 min early and were seated immediately. After being seated, we saw waiters buzzing around waiting on other tables but no one acknowledged us for over 10 min. When one of them did he wasn’t our waiter but said he would bring us water in a second but never came back. Five min later another waiter came and asked if anyone had waited on us yet. We said no and he took our drink order. After ten more minutes, we decided to leave but he came with our drinks just as we were getting up. We decided to stay and the rest of the service was good, with the exception of the guy that brought our dinner. He held it out to me to grab the plate which was really hot. I feel like he should have taken the time to set it down instead of just holding it out to me. Our waiter did give us free dessert but I had to ask him the options after he said they just had cheesecake. It was a weird experience and I felt like an inconvenience
Our first time there. It was great-food, ambiance and our server, Jake!
My salmon sandwich was cooked perfectly, although next time I will ask for more of the remoulade. The bun was standard Kroger type- so they may want to step that up. Hubby was pretty excited to order the kielbasa as the description (beer infused or something to that effect) sounded yummy to this Chicagoan; but he was it was ‘just ok’ and bathed in so much cheese it was a bit off putting.
We’ve been here many other times and it’s been very good. We will be back.
This was our first time at Peach & The Porkchop and it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter Jake was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive we absolutely loved him. The food was delicious, we had a variety of things, the deviled eggs and the fried chicken in particular were some of the best we’ve had but our desserts were truly out of this world! We had the pecan pie cheesecake and the peach cobbler, they both came with ice creams that had to be house made and I’d recommend both! We will definitely be back!
Servers and managers could use some customer service coaching!
Our server was amazing, very helpful, great attitude & funny (forgot his name but red headed with some facial hair). Food was delicious. Had a great time with friends, everything was wonderful!
Had a reservation, got to the restaurant, they were closed due to kitchen trouble? No notification was sent to let us know.
My husband picked this restaurant for my birthday dinner with family. We were a party of 6. Service was great and the food was very good! Our waitress was very patient with our sometimes needy group.
The menu is highly customizable and has great options for every diner. Love the vibe and the service was great at the entrance and at the table!
Exceptional as always. Great food, great service, great environment
So enjoyable! This was my second time dining here, and I look forward to coming back!
Food was good. Great variety of choices. Price was reasonable for the quality. Ordered meat and cheese tray for appetizer which was excellent. Unfortunately they were out of the fish and chips and Southern Fried chicken so ordered sandwich which was very good. It was a little noisy but not nearly as bad as most other restaurants we have gone to.
Our server, Josh, was the best! We lacked for nothing, he was passionate about their menu choices and attentive to every detail.
Our food was amazing! Highly recommend!
Love Peach & Porkchop's food!
Love the food. They’re always nice and willing to make any adjustments. Great food!!
Awesome and unique food you'll want to try! I will be back soon. YUMMY!
Had been here several times and this visit was disappointing because of lackluster entrees. 50/50 sandwich wasn't anything special, fish and chips were average at best and the Big Salad was just OK. The plus side were the cocktails, Pittsburgh Plate, Kids chicken fingers and the Choc-Zilla adult milkshake. $175 for 4 adults, 1 child and so-so entrees seemed a big much.
Awesome as always! Food, service and atmosphere. Love this place!!!
I'm sorry, but the food was just ok, and it was pretty expensive to be just ok. The service was good, the place itself is really loud, but our booth location kept it manageable. We got the blowfish tail appetizer and it just smelled horribly fishy, and was just really bland once you got beyond the smell. The rest of the food was indifferent, and we were all a bit dissapointed.
Second visit and the experience was just as good as the first time. Excellent food and service.
The food was very good however it was a bit pricey for just a sandwich. The server was great!!
Unfortunately we were there when the AC was broken and there were not enough fans to help with the warm temperature.
Food was wonderful and everyone loved their meal! Can’t beat that! We will be back.
Wonderful dining experience!!! Delicious!!!
The best fried green tomatoes!
We never have a bad experience at Peach & The Porkchop. We eat there as often as possible.
We were amazed at how good everything was. Definitely will return
Love the appetizers especially. Always great service.
Amazing food, courteous hostess, friendly waiters
We love this place. Owner is great..food excellent. Highly recommend.
Wonderful place for date night! Food was awesome as was the service. We sat outside on the patio. Weather was beautiful! Patio is very kid friendly, there were a bunch of kiddos being a little crazy. Overall was a great evening!
Grabbed an early lunch here with my mother on the 4th of July and we were incredibly impressed with both the food and the service. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating and the food was excellent. Best fried green tomatoes we have ever had. Great overall experience. Looking forward to a return visit.
We were introduced to Peach and the Porkchop a few years back, and it is by far one of the best establishments we’ve ever been to. We’ve dined our all over the country, and this place can compete with any top restaurant. The service and ownership are outstanding, the range of food/drinks, and the quality that is produced is awesome.
Shrimp and Grits, flavor good but shrimp over cooked and did not seem fresh
Pork chop, a lot at $28 although dinner portion
Chicken and waffles lacked flavor
We arrived about a half hour before lunch, so they were still using the Brunch menu. Well, there is no pork chop on the Brunch menu, so two of us ordered the pork chop entre from the lunch menu. This was a large, thick, juicy, perfectly cooked pork chop topped with a peach chutney and sitting atop roasted potatoes and spinach. Delicious! My friend had French fries instead of roasted potatoes, and she said those fries were some of the best she has ever had. One of my other friends enjoyed the brunch chicken and waffles. Another friend ordered an omelet. We were all very pleased with our food. One friend had the peach cobbler for desert. It was different -- not actually made with a crust and more akin to a bread pudding -- but tasted good. I had the pecan pie cheesecake which was yummy. We had two appetizers -- deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes. Those were very tasty, as well. My friend ordered from the children's menu for her daughter. You definitely want to make it a point to visit this restaurant.
Great meal and love the music Friday night from Lee Gamble
