'More fresh fish is coming to the island as Thierry Beaud, co-owner of Clematis' popular French bistro Pistache, and his group of Palm Beach investors are bringing life back to 251 Sunrise in the form of PB Catch...the restaurant space will feature locally caught seafood served in a casual nautical dining room, think "a modern yacht", accented with white-leather banquettes and mahogany floors.' - EaterMiami

PBCatch Ratings and Reviews
Dined for Valentine's Day. My husband and I shared the "Seacuterie" to start then he had the cioppino and I had the Chilean Seabass. The sea Cuttery was very nice good. Nice presentation and each selection was very tasty. My husband enjoyed his meal and the Seabass was outstanding! I believe our waitresses name was Heather. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu as well as the wine list. Would go back for the seabass for sure!
Wow! What a lovely dining experience. The food is absolutely delightful. The service is impeccable and it feels comfortable although it is an upscale restaurant. The seacuterie is quite impressive, we had the smoked fish dip, cured white tuna and the jalapeno cured hiramasa.... all were outstanding. We dined for Valentines Day and they featured a 4lb lobster for two to share. It was everything you would expect and more. We also enjoyed the sea salt fries, which were a perfect addition to our lobster. The featured dessert assortment was perfect and delicious. I can't wait to return to try their Chilean Seabass, I hear it's fabulous.
We had a fantastic experience at PB Catch. Our server, Patrick, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations for the Tuna and the Dover Sole. Both the best we ever had. Also had the squash salad which is very creative and tasty. The other appetizer was grilled oysters - fresh and delicious. Definitely worth several return visits.
I had never been to PB Catch before because I heard it was intolerably noisy. I sure was given bad advice. Not only was the noise level perfectly fine, but I have been missing out on one of Palm Beach's best restaurant. Food was superb! Truly outstanding. I will be a regular from now on
special occasion and ordered a special lobster for myself....the salad was delicious the lobster was over cook tough and tasteless....it was supposed to be steamed and i think it was broiled to be heated up....not my first time there....shared with the waitress and manager my disappointment and they just smiled and looked at me and said "no it was steamed"...i have made lobster myself and this hard charred marks from a grill!!!! never returning...had been there several times in the past...the end...:(
Cannot say enough good things about PB catch. The food was delicious. The raw bar is not to be missed. We had the best oysters we have ever had and stone crab was mouth watering. The cioppino was outstanding. The service was top notch.
Honestly, I’m not sure why this place got such great reviews. It’s okay. Just okay. I was pretty underwhelmed. Service was okay and food was fine; although we did get some skunky mussels but everything else was fresh and cooked well. Nothing really wrong but nothing special. And (IMO) overpriced even for Palm Beach Island. The ambience was good though- noise level was appropriate and we could actually have a conversation at the table. Probably wouldn’t go back, just based on better options in the area.
Third time was not the charm!! The server was so rude becuase I didn't want to order the easiest way for him...as I didn't want the oyster sampler, I actually wanted to order all the different oysters they had on the menu. He walked away without taking anyone else's order. It went downhill from there. I thought I loved this restaurant but definitely will not be going back or recommending in the future.
I was looking for a seafood restaurant for a business dinner in a city I don’t know. This place did not disappoint. Service was fantastic. The food was delicious. I had a rose fish the was deboned table side and just excellent. It was a happy accident ending up there and it worked out really well.
Waiters talk you into King Crab legs that supposedly are much better value and quality than anywhere else. They were rubbery, over cooked and impossible to crack with a cocktail fork. The management needs to go to some high end competition and learn how these are prepared. You get better value and quality at Joe’s Crab Shack and that isn’t saying much
8 days in Palm Beach and this was by the worse meal we had. We ate at all high end establishments. The Good the Oysters but definitely over priced @ $29 for 6 Kusshi, Seachutterie, salmon entree and the lobster entree
The Really Bad
Popcorn shrimp was terrible, the octopus appetizer with oxtail was just not good, Caesar salad was blah, the Dover Sole had no flavor lacked salt and the Strawberry Grouper also lacked any flavor. The filet Job they did on the fish was terrible, I could filet the filet better
For these prices you should be wowed and this restaurant does not do that. Don’t eat here, there are plenty of great restaurants in Palm Beach.
Very nice restaurant in a pleasant part of Palm Beach. Service was just ok - had to ask for basics, like beverage refills and even bread. In fairness it was very busy. Speciality dish, Chilean sea bass, was superior, but so-called fresh snapper was overcooked and tasted fishy. All in all a pleasant place.
Excellent quality seafood crafted into exquisite creative dishes. Tried several menu items, including bay scallop with oxtail, marinated hiramasa, and jalapeno cured hamachi. Everything was superb. The service was friendly, accomadating and prompt. I would highly recommend a visit!
First time here. The two appetizers our table had were outstanding. I had Bronzino, salmon and Tuna were the other dishes ordered and all were great. Beautifully decorated. Special occasion restaurant. Definitely go back. A bit pricey, but,, it is Palm Beach. Valet parking available.
Have dined there many times - the evening was a departure from their usual outstanding food and general service. Though our waiter tried things were beyond his control. The hostess(manager) left much to be desired.
We look forward to the usual fine dining at our next visit.
We missed PB Catch during the week they were closed to do the renovation. We love the renovation—a clever switcheroo! The new fish market probably sounded like a great idea—fresh whole fish prepared and served your way. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer to limit variation in the kitchen to ensure high quality output. My striper was grilled and very smoky. I’d have preferred eight items on the menu.
