'More fresh fish is coming to the island as Thierry Beaud, co-owner of Clematis' popular French bistro Pistache, and his group of Palm Beach investors are bringing life back to 251 Sunrise in the form of PB Catch...the restaurant space will feature locally caught seafood served in a casual nautical dining room, think "a modern yacht", accented with white-leather banquettes and mahogany floors.' - EaterMiami

PBCatch Ratings and Reviews
Have dined there many times - the evening was a departure from their usual outstanding food and general service. Though our waiter tried things were beyond his control. The hostess(manager) left much to be desired.
We look forward to the usual fine dining at our next visit.
We missed PB Catch during the week they were closed to do the renovation. We love the renovation—a clever switcheroo! The new fish market probably sounded like a great idea—fresh whole fish prepared and served your way. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer to limit variation in the kitchen to ensure high quality output. My striper was grilled and very smoky. I’d have preferred eight items on the menu.
Our expectations of PB Catch were great but only partially met. Our server lacked tact and finess, and did not make you feel welcome. Labeled as an oyster bar, they had only two kinds which were mediocre at best. The Ahi tuna was outstanding and saved the evening along with the mousse and marengues. In summary a bit of a dissappointment and expensive.
I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened . The food is always very good and the local vibe is inviting.
This visit, the place was very empty and I think I know why. The menu is the same but, the prices have been significantly increased. $49.00 for Chilean Seabass? $42.00 for Hawaiian Ahi Tuna. A bit overpriced. I now know why the place was more than half empty. I could not understand why the service was slow with no one there. Unfortunately, it will be a long time until I return again.
We came here for my boyfriend's birthday. Being from New York, we wanted to find the best food in Palm Beach, and I think we succeeded. We were at Echo across the street the night before, and that was good, but not as amazing as PB Catch. We had the oysters, which were ok, and a little sandy. Then, we had the brussels sprouts, basil rice (really good, a little salty), pesto squash salad (one of the best things I've eaten all year), and the 2 lb. lobster (super-fresh). Even the bread was amazing. Wine and cocktails were also really good. I had mentioned here, on Open Table, that it was my boyfriend's birthday and they sent over free cake with a candle, which was perfectly subtle and celebratory at the same time. If we're ever back in the area, we will come back for sure! Compliments to the chef and the staff.
The restaurant has a great modern look. However, I was not pleased with the current menu. We dined there two years ago and were very pleased, last year not so much, and this year we decided we would not go back. Sorry, we want to like this restaurant, but menu is not for us.
A wonderful surprise for fresh, well prepared seafood. Their "seacuterie" is a creative introduction by this obviously talented Executive Chef. In particular the Smoked fish was one of the best I have tasted. Everything was well prepared and a blending of flavors and spices; some that I had never tasted before. All in all, a wonderful experience.
We ordered the oyster sampler, pasta of the day and sea bass; everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully plated. The summer half portions were large enough to feel satisfied without guilt for overeating. The chocolate cake was amazing, we could have easily shared one desserts. We will gladly return to this restaurant.
We tried to eat our way through a very generous $200 birthday gift certificate and couldn't do it. At happy hour at the bar, the bartender made me a special request - hand muddled cucumber to add to gin and basil, a substitute for the Cucumber Basil Martini made with vodka that's on the menu as vodka and I don't play well together. My cocktail (cocktails, actually - 2 for 1) was superlative! Roasted oysters with smoky paprika butter were to die for! We'd never tried Crab Poutine before and that was a fantastic surprise (Toasty Blue Crab, Julienne of Bacon, Cojita Cheese, Scallions, Lobster Gravy on a Bed of Sea Salt Fries). Birthday boy enjoyed an entree of Steamed Mussels, succulent and very tastily prepared. I was just a bit disappointed with the Paella. Thursday is Paella night. We dined on Friday and I thought some of the fish and especially the shrimp were over-cooked. Could they have been left over? Dessert was indescribably good: Frambola (Layered Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Jam, Chocolate Ganache). Our server, Heather, is consistently friendly and efficient. We'll be back soon to eat up the remaining value on that gift card. And then some!
Very disappointing! Although the food was good the service was not. They had a happy hour menu they we were not able to take advantage of because you have to sit at the bar in order to do so. We had our children, so this was not an option. When our food came out the waitress had no idea what went where. My son did not get a steak knife with his steak. The waiter said he would bring one, but never did. My food did not come out at all! So, while everyone was eating I had to wait for my food. When my food finally did arrive the waiter said he would bring some things out to the table to make up for the mistake, but never did. When the bill came the waiter said he took my food off the bill which would have been great except my food was $24 and he only took $18 off the bill. I also had a $50 restaurant certificate. The waiter took the certificate and subtracted it from the bill but charged the credit card the full amount. I would never go back!!!
