   Great Bistro. One of our favorite places! The food is consistently fantastic. Menus change with the season. The fresh soup never fails. Tonight it was Watermelon Gazpacho, amazing. Fresh Wellfleet oysters and delicious breads. Superb entrees. It is a must do!

   Other than a slight delay in offering water after we were seated PB didn't miss a beat. Each of the three courses was a delight. One of our party is a trained chef and he opined that it was the best meal he had eaten anywhere in several years.

   Excellent all around!! It is our favorite place go to when celebrating an event. The boulangerie is excellent also and we stop at least once a week!! Definitely a taste of France on Cape Cod!!

   Creative food perfectly cooked. Quenelle!! And also minestrone (with duck) lamb and tomato/eggplant tarte. Good wines by the glass. Hard to get a reservation -i understand why but would love to go more spontaneously.

   If you love the boulangerie, you'll love the bistro. Elegant, yet warm and unpretentious atmosphere, with attentive and friendly waitstaff serving updated versions of traditional French bistro meals. The prix fixe menu is perfectly balanced and priced. There were also delicious special additions to the menu, like the quenelle of cod and scallops, which my husband devoured. We cannot wait to return for another excellent meal.

   Bonjour , I brought friends from out of town to PB And they had the upmost French experience that they have ever had!! Chef Philippe And Lily were Fantastic and the food was phenomenal. Thank you for a beautiful experience can’t wait to come back!!!

   As always, even with the new protocol, PB’s is wonderful. The food is excellent, the space and settings are beautiful, and the service attentive, even with staffing challenges. We are so happy indoor dining is back at PB! Thanks for a lovely dinner.

    We book a table at PB Bounagerie at least once or twice each summer to entertain visiting guests. We are never, ever disappointed and on the contrary, the staff always ensures a good time by all. I cannot say enough positive things about the overall experience. The food is exquisitely presented, deliciously tasty, and obviously lovingly prepared in the kitchen!

    Lovely dinner on the porch with elderly Mom and my sister. Portions were generous. Nice fresh ingredients. Scallops and Lamb were outstanding. Watermelon gazpacho was a treat of sweet and spice. Chocolate tart and crème brûlée were excellent. Sister had the wine pairing and enjoyed. Bread basket was lovely. Moms cod was perfectly cooked with subtle flavor. Very delicious.

    Our server, Kristin was excellent! The rack of lamb wonderfully enhanced with the truffle sauce. The salmon appetizer presentation was stunning as well as delicious!

    This was our third time visiting PB Boulangerie for their bistro summer prix fixe menu. The first time was fabulous -- the service wonderful, the food inventive and delicious, the portions large. The second time was very good though we were surprised that the desserts hadn't changed. This third time was, given the high standard we expect from PB, a disappointment. The service was wonderful. The food was high quality and well-prepared, but the portions shrank considerably over our other visits. The scallop entree was an embarrassment. Five scallops on a bed of raw spinach straight from a package, with a sprinkle of pomegrate seeds. No sauce, no sides. That was it. The scallops were wonderfully fresh and tender, but at $20-25/lb (retail) for dayboat scallops (roughly 20 scallops), this dinner option was lacking in that PB pizazz and definitely not a good value for a $95 prix fixe dinner. The other entree we had, the night's special (cannale (?) - a fluffy eggy/creamy/cheezy item with one scallop and a couple pieces of fish) got the same disappointing rating. The desserts have only marginally changed since the beginning of the season. Quite frankly, the desserts that PB sells in their patisserie are better than these. The floating island was about half the size of the last time we had it. We love PB's patisserie and their bread and their take out bistro items. For the price of this prix fixe menu, it pains me to say that we will not be back for a bistro dinner and cannot recommend it as it's evolved to be.

    Another spectacular dinner by Chef Phillipe. I see comments on here about the prices but if you understand the labor shortage on Cape Cod (due in part to the complete lack of reasonably priced housing in area) I believe their decision to not fill the restaurant to capacity and provide a fine dining experience justifies the cost. This restaurant is an absolute gem with loyal patrons who the Chef knows by name.

    Dining at PB Boulangerie Bistro was like going into a french jewel box - every detail was exquisite and homey at the same time. We loved our server Eddy and also loved looking in the kitchen to see Chef Philippe and his team at work. Amazing!

    This was literally the best meal I've had in my life. I'm a big fan of French food and Chef Philippe is an absolute, culinary artist. In the future, I can see myself planning a weekend vacation trip specifically to eat there again. While on this trip, I had a variety of breakfast pastries, lunch and dinner at PB Boulangerie Bistro over the course of our week and everything we had there was amazing.

    Server was great, but there weren’t enough servers , so service was slow. The food is great and the atmosphere is cozy. If there is a better restaurant on the Cape, I haven’t found it

    We went for my husband’s birthday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the menu- 3 course meal choice with wine pairings- a set price. We were impressed with the preparation, presentation and quality. I had the sea scallops and my husband had a ribeye. They were able to provide a birthday cake and musical accompaniment! Tres bien!

    First I want to say that we have eaten here before and it was fabulous, this time it didn’t quite hit that mark. We had a 730 reservation for two and it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived the restaurant was busy but not full, and we were seated a very cramped table for two in a corner under an air conditioner unit. Since restaurant wasn’t full we probably could have been given a four top and it would have been much better. Both the wife and I really enjoyed our appetizers, she had asparagus and I had the burrata with vegetables. This is when it turned sideways for me. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was prepared medium well. Then the air conditioner dropped on me and finally when it came time for dessert (I ordered the crème brûlée) they were out of it. They tried to make it right by offering other desserts but I didn’t like those options. I probably won’t go back.

    One of our favorite restaurants - the food, service and ambiance are exceptional. Sit at the bar and watch the chef make your dinner. The wines accompany each course wonderfully and they are inexpensive. All make for a perfect evening.

    I have been coming to PB almost since it opened. Last night was disappointing. We had a reservation for the $95 prix fixe dinner. The hostess was somewhat uncertain. The waitress was overextended. After getting our drinks, we had to ask for bread, then afterwards, we needed to ask for silverware. The baguette in the breadbasket was tasteless, and didn't seem to be baked properly. Appetizers of raw oysters and watermelon soup were very good. The ribeye steak was tasty enough and cooked to order, but about 1/2-inch thick and looked unimpressive. The rack of lamb was also tasty enough and cooked to order, but consisted of 2 chops which were about half fat. We both had the mashed potatoes which were well prepared, but unseasoned. My husband had to ask for salt. Both desserts were good. My bill was over $350.

    We truly felt welcome and we were well taken care of. P B Boulangerie Bistro makes each customer feel special, from bringing us an amuse bouche to offering each of us a complimentary French baguette as we left the restaurant. Our dinner was beautifully prepared and delicious.

    Lovely place for a relaxing dinner in the Bistro. We usually get breakfast or lunch sandwiches in the Boulangerie, so this was a nice change of pace. Service was excellent and food delightful. The prefixe 3 course meals were more food than we usually order, but well worth it. Will definitely be back. Extra fun was listening to an antique French music player

    The food was very good and the service was excellent. However at $95 it’s on the pricier side….it felt more like $75 to me. But it’s the only game In town SP perhaps it is what it is. But I think people would feel a bit better if it was less expensive.
