    Bartnerder took forever to get closed out. Acted indifferent to closing out as they took 10 minutes of orders after I said to close out. Speakers sound like crap for hearing the TVs. Doors left open throughout the night as it was steaming hot inside. Hotter than being outside. AC kicked on for half a minute then nothing. TVs buffered for the game. Just a bad experience overall. Why even come here? Better options that have better staff/environment all around.

    After watching the Mexico match here on 6/24, I made another reservation for tonight's game (7/5) for six people at 5:45 p.m. so we could settle in before kickoff. When we arrived, we were told we could only keep our table until 7:00 p.m.—the exact time the match was starting. That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation to watch a sporting event. To make matters worse, the person handling reservations claimed they've "never" allowed reservations for 4–5 hours. That simply isn't true—I did exactly that the week before for the Mexico match. He also said they had called to notify me about the time limit, but I never received a call or voicemail. The customer service was disappointing. If you're encouraging people to make early reservations for big games, you should honor those reservations or clearly communicate any time restrictions in advance. Instead, we showed up expecting to watch the match and were told we'd have to leave at kickoff. I wouldn't recommend this place for watching sporting events based on this experience.

    Wouldn’t honor our table - checked in and wouldn’t seat us because other people wouldn’t leave. Then tried charging us a $10 cover to get even get inside. Don’t know what the point of a reservation is here

    Terrible. Tried to go for the Bears game. They didn’t honor our reservation and said they were “at capacity”, then charged us a $10 cover to go stand by the bar. Matthew was great refunding our cover and helping us go next door to G&G, but overall terrible experience.

    They overbooked tables on a huge game night. They tried to be accommodating, but this is not the first time this bar has messed these things up.

    We went there before a concert. It was the first time we had been there. Pretty cool atmosphere and very nice servers. The food was pretty good, but it was a little bit boring good quality, but not a lot of flavor. I am not saying this to be critical, but hopefully that will help the owners because I wish them well

    I have been to PB&J several times and I was extremely disappointed with my experience on this occasion. I arrived for my 6:15pm reservation around 6:10pm. I waited at the hostess station for 10-15 minutes before I finally asked the bartender where was the host. The restaurant only had about 3-4 parties inside and approximately the same outside. Why am I waiting to be seated, my presence not acknowledged, and the restaurant is basically empty? Once I was seated, the waitress was un attentive and indifferent. There would be long periods of time before she checked on out table. I was overall disappointed in the entire experience.
