Everything was amazing. Loved the service and the cute deals they had for Bachelor Monday! Will recommend to all my friends.
I love this spot! It’s a great add to the area. The food and drinks are great. The bar service is kind of slow and it always seems to be super loud no matter what time of day. Whether it’s the customer or the music. I wouldn’t let that stop you though! I still recommend this place.
Terrific Sports Bar & Brunch menu. Friendly staff, terrific drink menu.
Great energetic spot! Would love to grab a beer and watch a game here, food and service were unmatched!
Great place to hang out and get good food! Amazing value too! Very pet friendly. They let us bring in a big dog and provided treats and water.
I am so glad I discovered this place. I absolutely love it here!
We ordered 3 pizza elote, fungi garcia, and the chicago heat wave. The chicago heat wave is the most expensive pizza we ordered at $22 and it came out with burnt crust. Little did we know that even the bottom part of the pizza were all burnt, as well. It was very noticeable once you take a bite. Hopefully next time (if there is next time), PB&J realized not to serve burnt pizzas especially if they're worth like gold.
Drinks were good, and the food was decent. The restaurant had a fun casual atmosphere with loud music. We paid to play songs and had a great time!
I never got the name of our waiter, but she was amazing. We had a great first time at PB&J!
This is one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I normally don’t write reviews because I am a restaurant manager who responds to all of our social media reviews and I know people are nuts, but this experience can’t go unheard.
To begin, we are sat next to a large party of about 15 people, no social distancing whatsoever, so we ask if we could possibly move over to one of the many empty tables. The server or host who sat us said she’ll check, but never comes back. Whatever, we sit and wait for a good 15-20 minutes to put in our order, which again the server has this large party so I understand. We order an app, a pizza, a main entree and some dog treats.
We get the dog treats right away, and then about 30 minutes later we get the pizza, with the wrong toppings mind you. I order all pepperoni with half jalapeño and red onion. What do you guys think I got? Half pepperoni and half jalapeño. Completely screwed that up, but again my sympathy as a manager comes in so we deal with it and eat it. Eventually we flag her down and ask if our appetizer and other entree are coming. Nope! The server never put in our appetizer and then tells us she is out of the entree. Wouldn’t you think that would have been something you would have told your table? Nope! She let us just sit there. If one of my servers ever did something so stupid I would have fired her on the spot. How do you literally mess up EVERYTHING!?
So it gets worse…she drops the bill with the entree that they were supposedly out of still on the bill. The manager takes some percentage off, acting like she’s doing us a favor, and hovers over us as if we’re going to walk out. Extremely poor customer service. I know quality servers are hard to come by, but as a manager you should always know what’s happening on your floor. The only way I’d come back is to personally retrain your staff.
Happy holidays everyone!
Very loud - wasn’t told our party would be split up so we left for a different restaurant
Nice restaurant w/ bomb drinks. Not only were the waitress and host nice to me they were nice to my dog. She even brought him a bowl for water. It’s the perfect spot for brunch with friends. They have unlimited mimosas during brunch. The food came out in a timely manner. My waitress was attentive. Everything was great. We will definitely come back for a visit soon.
Really appreciate being able to get a classic thanksgiving dinner at a reasonable price.
We went for thanksgiving dinner and it was AMAZING! Waitress was insanely nice. Would go here again if I didn’t live in Lincoln, Ne lol.
Had their set meal Thanksgiving dinner and a couple drinks. Friendly place. Lots of food for the money.
Had to confirm my reservation for 12 people 3-4 times, which I was happy to do given the state of the restaurant industry right now. All 12 of us arrived, on time and they didn’t have our table ready for AN HOUR. We stood in the door way and we’re told to move out of the way numerous times. Where would you like us to go?? The hostess even said to another host “we completely messed this reservation up”. Got seated after over an hour at a low seated long table when I requested a high top 4 times.
Horrible manager and service - made a reservation weeks in advance and didn’t get seated for an hour and 15 min because “they didn’t have a table”
If you are anxious to experience mediocre service and overpriced pizza with waitresses and bartenders that don’t wear masks, this is the place
Lively bar setting with better than expected salads and interesting pizzas. Interesting ambiance and lively scene.
Great food, very loud.
Came for a team happy hour and stayed hours longer than we expected we would!
Great service. This is an amazing place. Everyone was so cool and they even put a game on one of the TVs we wanted just for us. This place is awesome
Post marathon celebration! Good drinks and food!
Fun spot to drink and watch a gamw
I had a reservation and I came right on time. We get sat at our table for 30 minutes and did not get a server while I see the tables next to me get service. We went to the hostess and she said she will work on it. 20 minutes later and nothing.. we decided go just order at the bar and bring it back to our table but that’s the worst service we have gotten ever in the west loop area.
Unfortunately, the service was very slow. I’ll give it another try, maybe it will be better.
We tried this place when we were visiting Chicago for the Bears game Staff is very accommodating and very nice! Place filled in nicely for the game and was a fun crowd Very casual atmosphere We had the pretzel appetizer and the dipping cheese was delicious (very large!) I had the grilled chicken sandwich that was tender and nice touch of cucumber and pickles My husband had the burger and fries that he said was also very good The only down side that we had was that we would like just one more appetizer option for a dip/picky food but that is really minor and we really enjoyed our time there
Amazing time and service!!
Would definitely recommend PB&J! The burrata pizza was delicious and the service was amazing.
Good food and service
Pizza combos are good, decent drink selection and good vibes.
Did was tasty and overall a nice experience.
We had a group of 10 bachelor party came in for brunch or Sunday around noon. There was tons of space the waitress was nice and helped with some recommendations. We got four pizzas and everyone liked them. No great vegan options but the waitress did say they were about to release some which I appreciated. The touch tunes volume was loud enough that you could actually hear the song you paid for which is not the case at most places. Prices for things were a little high in my opinion but our group had a lot of fun and was well taken care of.
We had the best server and the food (salad and chicken sandwich) were amazing!!
The food was just not good at all. Service was ok.
I was excited to try this place but was not impressed at all. We went on a Saturday afternoon for brunch. First off, their AC must have been broken because the thermostat was at 85 degrees inside. When we asked our waitress if they could open the garage style doors to help with the heat she told us that would just make it worse (which doesn’t make sense). They finally did open the doors after we were sweating inside for an hour which did help the heat situation some. As for the food, there was about a 30 minute gap between when they brought out the first person’s meal and the last (and these were all entrees, not appetizers). They also were not busy so I’m not sure why the food was so spaced out. The last meal to come out was the fried chicken sandwich which was burnt. A friend sitting a few chairs down thought I ordered the burger since the chicken was so dark/burnt. I will not be returning.
Place was great! We went on industry night (I’m a bartender) and were well taken care of. Our server (can’t remember her name but it started with a D) was attentive and quick and left a great impression overall. Plus the food was fantastic! We will definitely be back.
Went here with friends, the right type of place for that. Great food including wings and a variety of pizzas, great drink list, but boy oh boy was the service slow. It was also so loud from the music that my table was yelling to me across the table. I’d go back for the great food but not if I’m trying to get a quick bite or catch up with friends.
If they fix their service and lower the volume on the music, this place would be amazing!
Love the food, service and vibe of PB&J- great happy hour and I love how much they took care of us and especially our pup! (dog friendly)
