    The food was great, and the service was friendly but not fast. The staff spent more time talking in the closet by the bar then serving the customers. The someone in a Pazzo shirt had to tell the server to go get the payment from the table next to us because he dropped it off and never went back. The other person saw them waving it the whole time. Other than that is was good!!

    The food -- soft shell crabs with gnocchi in a pistachio cream sauce -- was excellent. My wife would have liked the yellow liver to have been removed. Our waiter provided outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

    Unfortunately this visit to Pazzo was a disaster. We arrived to our 6PM reservation 10 minutes early. We were told at 6PM it would be a few minutes. The difficult part about waiting is that there is nowhere to sit or stand and none of us drink alcohol, so going to the bar is pointless. It ended up being a 20-25 minute wait. The service is slow, as expected, but because we had waited so long it was more painful than normal. Most of our dinners arrived around 7:35 and my dad's dinner took an extra 10-15 minutes. When it got to the table his steak was well done. He asked for medium rare. He immediately told the server who admitted it was definitely overcooked, but my dad had no choice but to eat it since everything had taken so long! I explained to the server that at this point we would like to speak to a manager. Everything had been going wrong that could. The manager never came. They ended up giving us a $50 gift card, which is bitter sweet because that means we have to go back there to use it! I have mixed feelings because it's a decent place. Definitely kid friendly because it's very loud, so that is favorable to people who have small children. Oh, they have also gotten rid of validating your parking ticket. It's not expensive, but now you have to pay to dine there. End Rant!

    I don’t even know where to begin… booked for Father’s Day. One and done. I’ll spare the complaining because no one cares. At least I can cross it off my list for good.

    Understandably it was a holiday on Father’s Day, but waiting close to one hour for our dinners after appetizers is unacceptable no matter how busy a restaurant is.

    The food is always good and reliable. The cocktails/wine list is great too! It's pretty spacious there so it was comfortable for the table of 9 including 4 young kids. The service is always great as well! A very reliably good restaurant and I love that the parking garage is right next store.
