Essen sehr gut, Pausen zw ischen den Gängen ausreichend. Dessert war etwas überladen. Getränke waren erstklassig, Service war sehr gut. Es gibt merkwürdigerweise keine Garderobe. Alles in allem ein erstklassiger Abend, der allerdings auch seinen Preis hat.

The food was absolutely delicious! Sadly, there wasn't enough of it, and also no bread, and we both left hungry. It's too bad, because otherwise we would have stayed longer and ordered more drinks. The dining room looks beautiful but we felt it was an awkward space to spend time and chat. It was very quiet and missing some ambience. The wine choice was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. The service was very professional, although while some waiters were very personable, others were a bit distant.

Found this from Trip-advisor as being one of the places to eat in Berlin . Firstly a stunning place to eat with so much history in the building. The staff were fantastic with superb English . Thought the menu a little odd and but overall the dishes were of a high quality ( although my wife found her veg well undercooked) Choice of wines was excellent . Overall a lovely meal in a wonderful setting

Im Pauly Saal genossen wir französische Klassiker hervorragend umgesetzt und wurden von uns unbekannten Spezialitäten und eigenen Pauly Kreationen aufs positivste überrascht. Das Essen genossen wir in angenehmem und ruhigen Ambiente. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schon immer wollte ich bei meinen Berlin-Besuchen hier die Küche probieren. Endlich hat es geklappt und war sicherlich nicht das Letzte mal. Lockere Atmosphäre, wunderschönes Ambiente, hervorragende Küche mit einem freundlichem Service.

J’ai adoré le service, les différents vins, le lieu n’était pas trop mal, même si jusqu’à maintenant je n’ai toujours pas compris pourquoi une bombe et des animaux empaillés dans le restaurant.. et la cuisine pour moi était bien en deçà de mes attentes par rapport à un restaurant étoilé. Les plats étaient conformes à ce qui était annoncé mais sans aucune surprise et les accords n’étaient pas toujours réussi.. c’est triste à dire mais je n’ai aimé que notre plat de fromage .. j’espère de tout cœur qu’il s’agissait d’un faux pas du chef et que le jour de notre visite n’était peut-être pas le meilleur.
