we had 11.15am reservations we made with Open Table which were confirmed and when we got there, they said they do not open until 12.00 and we can wait at a table for an hour--We left!

The only difficulty we had was that they did not advertise that they were located inside the Hilton Garden Inn, and we had a problem finding it

Food mediocre and dessert most likely not on premises. Crème brûlée top was cold and they weee out of a dessert and we sat down at 5.

Ils vendent des pâtes aux champignons sauvages, cèpes et crème de truffes à 25$ plus taxes plus service, mais servent des pâtes aux champignons de Paris en boîte, avec de la crème même pas cuisinée, réservation non prise en compte, on a attendu 1 h pour finir par manger sur un mange debout, à éviter !!!

Not at all what you think. SECURITY doesn't even know where the restaurant is in the place they secure. Then you try to figure it out and when you make it there it is NOTHING what you see on the site. It has probably 10 tables at best and the food they provide is not what is on their menu on the website. They really need to update as we had 2 family members who couldn't eat because there was nothing on the menu they wanted. Very disappointing

Food was great, but the service pulled some shady stuff. We were trying to make a Broadway show so I handed them my credit card to pay the bill before actually receiving the bill. When they handed me the receipt it was not itemized and seemed high. I had to call the waiter over and request an itemized receipt. First they charged me for a soup that they did not have and it was supposed to be removed. Had I not asked for the bill I would not have known this. Second, they included the tip. Again had I not asked for the itemized bill I would have tipped 25% on top of the 18% they already included. I always try to tip at least 25% but when they tried to pull a fast one on me by charging me for something they never served and including gratuity with out telling me I just signed my bill and left. Again, food was great, but that was really shady what they did.
